My daughter and I had an amazing experience at The Bridal Gallery looking for a grad prom dress, the staff were all nice and helpful. The Sales Associate X-Esther that helped us was super helpful, patient and knowledgeable, she helped make our visit very memorable. My daughter found her perfect grad dress and shoes, she said "Yes" to. I would recommend The Bridal Gallery to anyone who is looking for a grad prom dress.

Alex at the Bridal Gallery was incredible- she is not only knowledgeable, professional and helpful but she has that extra special touch and personality. My daughter went into her dress shopping appointment, unsure of a few things, and what she was looking for and Alex was able to get us focussed and narrow things down to what was going to look best on her. We are soooooo delighted with the dress and with the service.

I had an amazing experience picking out my prom dress at TBG! X-Niam was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable while trying on the dresses. 10/10 would recommend.

I went to get my grad dress super early and saw three other stores and tried on plenty dresses before going to tbg where i found the perfect dress right away. Angelina was the best at hyping me up and helping me make a final decision.i would say that this is the best place to get your dress from, not only because all the dresses are gorgeous but the staff is the best support ever

The people working there are the sweetest! There always there to help and make you feel so comfortable.the dresses there are also beautiful. They have many options.

They had a wide variety of dresses to choose from, especially considering it was a little late in the season to finally be purchasing a dress! Alex had done a fantastic job helping me figure out what I was looking for, needless to say, I found the perfect dress! Great store, probably the best in the lower mainland for grad dresses. The staff are super nice and patient, they help whenever you ask right away, and respect your opinions while giving their own. They also take their time, while your trying on dresses, to find more they think you might like, to find a dress that’s right for you, and not overly pushy about it either. I was helped by Angelina, and a few others, they were the best.

Alex X was so lovely patient and fun! She did not rush or push anything. We found a dress very similar that same day elsewhere, but truly came back for the quality of the garment and the exceptional experience we had with Alex ‍️️The dress was perfect and one we would not have seen otherwise. It was just so enjoyable and EASY which most things are not these days or for these occasions. We are super grateful.

I had the most fantastic time getting my grad dress from TBG prom! Everyone was so nice and considerate, and I’m so glad I had X-Esther helping me throughout the process. She was so kind and helpful, and it would not have been easy at all if she was not there. She was so patient with me when I was indecisive about which dress to get and she helped me so much to make my choice! I felt like I had a best friend with me there helping me pick my grad dress I would definitely recommend everyone to go to TBG prom for their grad dresses, it’s the best place to go and if X-Esther’s helping you even better?

Overall I had a great experience. X-Esther was very kind and helpful. I was even able to stay a little extra after my appointment time due to me not being able to choose between two dresses. They were not pushy with that all all which was great. Thanks to X-Esther for the amazing help!

The Bridal Gallery is the perfect spot to look for a grad dress. Nadine was extremely helpful and spent lots of time to help me find the perfect dress. Highly recommend!

Every staff member that I interacted with at TBG was extremely nice and helpful. The dresses were gorgeous, so glad that I found my ideal dress!

TBG helped us with the purchase of our daughter’s prom dress! Meadow was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the dresses. She even took the time to come see us at our second visit, even though we were schedule with another consultant! The quality of the dresses are amazing…. And trust me we went to numerous other stores where the dresses couldn’t even compare. All staff at TBG are awesome! Called back after ordering the dress, as we were worried about the size. We were assured and all worries were laid to rest!

I went into this store already familiar of graduation dresses from 4 previous stores. I was loosing hope feeling like I was too picky. The atmosphere of this store and the experience they give you is out of this world. I felt taken care of and restored hope that’d I would find the perfect dress to graduate in. I left this store with not only a dress but a dress I was IN LOVE with. 100/10 recommend coming here!

I had a really good experience and loved my consultent, I came 2 times and had an amazing experience both times and lucked out with having the same awesome consultant.

My daughters and I came into Bridal Gallery, on Friday. We had not made an appt. The staff was most accommodating, and helpful. We were looking for a ‘Mother of the Bride’ dress. Lots of selection to choose from, as well as prom dresses- all gorgeous! At first the manager helped me, with lovely selections, until Meadow was available. The experience was fun! Meadow was so creative, had lots of ideas, brought me many dresses, to try on, after learning what I loved. I said ‘yes, to the dress’!
This is the second dress I have bought from Bridal Gallery, for 2 of my daughter’s weddings.

Went to many dress stores and this was my best experience by far! Everyone was super friendly and kind and made me feel super exited for my dress! I walked in there a bit tense and worried because everyone i know has their dress already and they all made me feel relaxed the second i walked in. Ashley was incredibly helpful, kind, and cheerful and she made dress shopping an amazing experience.i will be returning for any other formal dresses i may need in the future

Meadow helped me both times I went here and she was an amazing person she was so upbeat throughout the entire process and helped me pick out my dream grad dress! My daughter found her dream dress here after lots of searching. Ashley was such a help and enthusiastic. She made the whole experience fun. We were so happy and my daughter is beyond excited to wear her dress on the big day.

Very good customer service, Ashley was an absolute gem to have. She knew exactly what I wanted in my grad dress and I found the perfect one. Super easy going and it was so welcoming in the store.

Went to the Bridal gallery with my daughter this weekend to look for a Grad dress. We had an appointment and was treated well. We arrived, we’re brought upstairs to the Grad area. We were allowed to walk around and pull whatever dresses my daughter wanted to try. She tried 8 dresses but she kept coming back to the second one. Erin was sweet and kind and pulled dresses that my daughter looked good great in. Amazing service and my daughter said Yes to the dress and got such an elegant dress.

I had the most amazing experience ever! Meadow was super helpful and so so sweet and had so much knowledge on all the dresses I tried on. We both connected so well and made the experience so much more memorable. ️

I was out with X-Erin during my visit at TBG Prom and it was honestly the best experience. I went to another store before but it was all individual. What I meant by that is that I had to put on the dress myself and tie it up. But X-Erin always checked in with me and helped me whenever I asked for help. She always had a smile which made the whole experience sm better. Thank you!

I am from out of town and had planned this trip specifically to find a prom gown. I live in a very small town up in northern bc and had taken my daughter to a place on Friday that was close to my hotel. The appointment there was unsuccessful and I was broken hearted she didn’t find a dress. I frantically started searching the area for another store. I wrote the bridal gallery late in the evening and got a response very quickly. They booked us in the next morning. After taking a cab from Richmond to the store I was hopeful things would work out. Upon entering the store it was simply beautiful. The first impressions on entering made the start of the appointment exciting from the beginning. The ladies downstairs were so pleasant. Upstairs we picked out a few dresses and were given a room. The consultant we had was Alex and I cannot say enough about her. She was everything I was looking for. She was very helpful and truthful. She made my daughter feel so beautiful In every dress. She was so accommodating in trying to find the perfect dress for my daughter. In the end my daughter found a dress and I was so relieved and excited. My daughter loves her dress and the experience was amazing.

Prom dress shopping at TBG was amazing! X-Tallulah and X-Angelina were super friendly and helpful on our initial visit. They knew that my daughter had found THE dress! After ensuring we’ve seen enough dresses we returned to TBG where X-Michelle measured up my daughter for her perfect prom dress. Great selection and attentive service. This store makes the grad dress shopping experience feel really special for your daughter. No high pressure sales feeling and you are allowed to take photos - we wouldn’t shop anywhere that doesn’t let you do this - if the dress doesn’t look good in a photo it’s a deal breaker to most girls these days. My daughter got a gorgeous dress that she loves and can’t wait to wear thanks to Meadow!

I had an amazing experience trying on and shopping for my prom dress. When I came in I was overwhelmed with the amount of dresses and styles in the store but I had Tallulah there to help me. I was unsure about the styles I liked so she pulled lots of dresses for me to try on. This experience was the best I have had after shopping at 3 other dress shops.
