TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I came here for depositing my money with ATM and then I see all of the doors are closed which is the first time happened for me at TD Bank. As far as I know ATM ARE 24/7!

People here at least can get stuff done. I got a bankdraft here today within 5 minutes.it took the CIBC branch next door 40 minutes for 1 draft. Have to give TD credit on this.

On August 24th 2022 I had fantastic service and help from Advisor John Bul with my TD problem after attending another Metro Vancouver Branch for help. I recommend seeing John Bul for any of your TD needs!

Deposited a cheque today. Nice man who worked there helped me out. Good experience.

Cant access the ATM’s when the bank is closed now. It’s rent day tomorrow and now there’s no way to deposit/take out cash. Super dumb move TD.

The worst customer service at this office: huge lines, they almost never answer the phone, don't call back, receptionist is away 3 times out of 5, I sent an e-mail to my specialist requesting an appointment - never heard back from him. But once you manage to reach out to a teller, they are nice.
