TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Amazing when compared to the other banks... Shorter lines, nicer people, good location, drive thru... Best in Duncan by far

Went to close my business account because I retired, I had an insurance payment on that account and asked the teller if I could transfer to my personal account, She said no problem. Ten minutes later, my business account is closed and I am assured the transaction was completed. Three weeks later, I get letter from ICBC saying my insurance payment bounced and I need to make a payment.
Go into branch and tell them what happened, I was told that a teller could not do that transaction and the branch manager would call me later that day to fix everything (they got me to point out the teller and she denied everything) Never received a call, so I went and closed all my accounts with them the next day.
Been dealing with Canada Trust/TD for over 30 years, I had a line of credit, mortgages, RRSP, and two bank accounts with them at sometime or another, a simple apology and adjustment of my account would have saved them a loyal customer

Got really good help from christa at Duncan branch, she did a follow up phone call (the old school way) like back in the day, to let me know papers were there to pickup, awesome service, things like this make the fees not hurt as much, thank you

I wish I could give 0 stars. I can’t even begin to explain why I hate this horrible bank, I’ve been having account issues since Christmas because of online shopping and I’m STILL dealing with them taking money that was already paid! Their staff is arrogant and rude. I was just in today and was refused a service that was happily and easily filled out by bc royal bank, he was rude as well and told me the “system is down” when I told him I wanted go close my account. I’ve been trying to close my account for a while and been told the same thing and I’m so tired of it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK! Please go elsewhere to keep your account secure and money safe!

The staff here always take the time to make sure that you are comfortable. I had a few problems that needed to be addressed, everything was attended to and resolved. Special thanks to Ajay for all your hard work and helping me with everything.

I set up an appointment 2 weeks ago, because I needed to set up a Business Account. I was told 10 am and then received an email the night before stating that it was Mountain Time, an hour difference to the time I had arranged. I planned a business meeting for 11 after my appointment and *I* was expected to change MY plans because of THEIR mistake. I needed this appointment and was told, that there was NOTHING they could do for me. This is not the first time something like this has occurred. I have been a loyal customer since I was 15, but because of this I will finding another bank for ALL of my accounts. They offered to set me up another appointment, what a joke! Think twice about doing business at TD.

Again, the drive through ATM is closed for service and of course you can't access the inside ones because they close those at the end regular banking hours.
There is one TD in Duncan and it provides the absolute worst ATM service. Pedestrians should NOT have to go through a drive through!

Absolutely appalling telephone service. Waited for over an hour on the phone to speak to a representative, only to be told, by an automated voice that my call can not be taken and try later! And we are paying fr this dismal service! Disgusting

Helpful, courteous & efficient, comfortable doing banking with them. Always leave there satisfied with my transaction.

When it's open it's good but everytime it's closed the drive thru ATM doesn't work and the ATMs inside get locked up when the bank closes.
