I love TD banking. Pre covid TD was awesome. But now they got lazy and are milking covid hours and effort. Covid is dead. Let it die. Get back to being awesome.

Overall, pretty decent institution to bank with. However, one experience caused some angst. Web site and door sign stating hours indicate bank closes at 6pm. At 5pm, when I arrive, bank is closed. Excuse that's given, short staffed. My gripe. Inform people. And when it's mentioned every indication is 6pm, don't brush off your customers.
Update: Your bank has now shifted it’s schedule. You are now open 0 hours on the weekend, and only 9 to 5 on weekdays. REALLY? And when do you propose, that people who work through the week will be able to access your facility? I will now have to take time off to speak to a teller or manager. My ‘quick trip’ to the bank will be reflected in lost wages. I am now contemplating a change in banking venue. There must be a bank that does not simply speak about caring for customers - but actually attempts to follow through. I will let you know when I find an adequate substitute - by closing my account.

Like many of the branches I have gone to, they make promises to be in touch and fail to do so. I have had a lot of my time wasted with TD over the years. I don't know why it took me over 20 years to realize they don't deserve my business anymore but I plan to close out my accounts immediately. While the people here are friendly, once again I have been disappointed with service and the promises to be contacted for follow up. I also find it incredible that after never missing payments or going over my limit and having a spotless credit score, I never receive the type of offers I get from other institutions. This branch has also proven completely inconsistent with what information you get. One person says they have options for you, then the next time you're in those options aren't available. I have friends who agree they too have had this experience. Don't go with TD, they are a hassle and treat you like they're doing you a favor by being their customer.

Completed my mortgage renewal over the phone. I went to drop off my signed copy and the staff appeared a bit confused. The teller was super friendly however the older lady (assume she is a supervisor/manager) in the back was super rude to her staff and myself.you know the customer. I simply asked for a copy of my mortgage and acknowledgement or some sort of receipt as proof that I dropped it off. The manager's yelled "you did it on the phone we can't provide a receipt". Across the room. The tone was abusive and shocking. Unless this manager change's her attitude steer clear of this branch.

Not a fan of Toronto Dominion bank but here is another location. Tellers and ATM are here free parking.

WORST bank machine ever! Ate bank card one time and said it wasnt accepting cash another. Doesnt accept cash?

I've been a customer of TD bank for 9 years and never have I had such experience. The old lady with short gray hair has a terrible attitude toward me treating me like I'm a criminal when I just want to take money out of my own account and it's not even a big sum because of my race. Why would I say I think its because of my race? She was smiling at me but the moment I took my hoody off, her face immediately changed into an unpleasant expression with unpleasant tone. I've told my friend about this and she had similar experience from the same person.
