Worst customer service ever. There should be option to give negative ratings. They keep me waiting half hour even after having appointment. Time is equally important for everyone and after half an hour waiting the branch representative was not behaving appropriate. I went for an account updation but after this incident, I closed one of my account in TD and soon I will closed all. I think TD should arrange customer service training for their staff or might be they do not need customers.

Called TD through my app and they told me they cannot make any changes as the branch hasn't set up my phone passcode which can only be done at a branch. Went to this branch to set it up and the person there also reset my app login password which i didnt even ask. Called TD later during the day but now they said I also need a verbal pass code on top of the phone code to make any changes which neither the branch nor the rep on phone informed me beforehand that i need to set that up. TD rep on the phone blamed the branch saying they should have informed me to set them both up 3-4 months ago as I have been to the branch every month to deposit my cheque. It's also always super busy have to stand in line for 10-15 mins. Not related to the branch but the TD app is super slow and logs me out often. I am getting so frustrated with TD that I am thinking of closing my account.

Had issues with my account that had been going on for about an year despite calls & visits with my main branch. So I booked an appointment at this TD with their advisor Anuj Gupta. He is friendly, quick and thorough with his work. Resolved the issue, suggested the right banking plans that fit my need and an overall great service. Really satisfied!

The worst TD bank to do your business. Always soooooo slow to do basic stuff. There’s not a time (even in the middle of a workday) where there isn’t a lineup of 10+ clients.

I just love the service of TD. I really appreciate the service of Monika kaul. I have to apply my credit card. She is such a polite, calm and experienced lady. I prefer to visit there.

Staff is so uneducated when it comes to mortgage needs and customer quality Service and products. They keep on charging fees plus not welling to save clients money and time. Applied for mortgage.it has been a month and still not resolved. Knowledge and services ZERO.change the whole bank. Really thinking about closing my account. And ask the same for those use td bank. Go to Van City bank.you become member right away and start earning on profit sharing.

If there is any option for zero stars or negative, I would instead give that. They are super slow. I waited for one and a half hours for a simple transaction. A business customer standing beside me had to wait 45 minutes. Business customers should instead change their bank. During peak rush time, only two tellers were working, and the rest were on break. The lineup does not bother the managers and staff working here.

I went there for the new account but gursimran make me wait for 40 minutes and people coming way later then me and getting there’s account opened. I don’t know what kind of queue system they follow. I talked to the manager aruna butter and she couldn’t have any resolution for it. It was very bad and frustrating experience being in TD. I will not open account now because of the service i get from gursimran and aruna.

Waited 35 mins in the line in rain and was asked that I Could have deposited money in atm. So sorry I wont deposit money through your untrusted atm because its my money and i ll choose what to do with it. I waited in line for half an hour in cold outside ur bank and I did not complained once. And you have complaints, I booked appointment last time to open account and your representative was half an hour late I did not complained once. And if I were in place of you, would have said, sorry for the wait and slow customer service. Because I worked in customer service too. But yeah you have issues with customers standing in line dont worry we can close our accounts.

Worst service. Especially or business side of lineup. What is the point of having business separate side if you have to wait half an hour and regular side is moving faster. And the girl on the front was very rude about handing the service.

From last some time this branch service is very very slow. Today 33 people In lineup and only two counters were open. Other three employees just gossips behind the counter. Feeling like I am in state bank of India. I saw one employee did nothing in 45 minutes. He was standing there and saw only peoples face.

This branch is terrible. I am new in the area and I booked an appointment last March. To my surprise on the day of my appointment, they informed me that the appointment was booked with a financial advisor who doesn't work there anymore! They could'nt even accomodate me to see other advisor. It was really frustrating for I booked the day off and how come they let a client be booked with someone who is not working there anymore? They even sent a reminder for the appointment a day before! It's not until I got a later appointment the same day if I haven't talked to the Manager.

Then today happened. I called the branch to change my RRSP contribution and see if I can do it online or over the phone. The person I talked to said NO. It needs to be in person. So I booked an appointment. Today, while them checking my acct, the advisor said He cannot make any changes today for theres a pending transaction (April 31st contributon hasn't kicked in yet). I said how come when I am just requesting to change it for May contribution. He said it was a just bad timing and if I went tomorrow it shouldn't be a problem, but anyways you can do it online and don't have to come in tomorrow. No one even told me that I cannot make any changes if there's still a pending transaction which is ridiculous and I could have done the change online! Wasted my another day off for nothing.

This branch needs to COMMUNICATE properly with their clients and give ACCURATE information. This is the second time. Very frustrating! Not coming back here anymore. Very unprofessional.

They try to avoid work. Get rid of the customer asap and refuse the help they can do with some extra efforts. Was there this morning. Got a call back from branch regarding my Auto Finance loan and she too did the same. Basically helping the customer with least possible help.

Stopped in after work with my daughter (three days before the RRSP deadline!) to help my daughter do her RRSP. Of course it was super busy. I was impressed with how well organized they were and how efficiently they were able to complete what we came to do. It was a great experience overall and it's always great to feel that your time is valued. Thanks TD!

They advertised pre-approved mortgage a couple years ago so I went here as it was my first ever bank for 18yrs but they didn't approve lol. So I went to another bank and got approval and transferred all my accounts there instead. I don't trust TD now.

Really struggling to get responses from Ivneet, the relationship manager for my account. Incorrect charges, fake promises, no response on emails.this is really challenging. Does the bank really expect the account holders to spend days and money just like that for minor issues. To make the situation even worse, they DO NOT HAVE any way compensate on the loss.

TD is by far the worst.i have had many problems with this bank and now to top it.sept 11 my car was broken into, my wallet was stolen.first thing i do is check my TD app and my bank is cleared now TD says that their not doing and my claim was declined all because the junkie figured my pin.hmmmmm what to do.i cant stand this bank.being caucasian i get no real service.an atm times stamped by check wrong which resulted in nfs charges and then later told me how my account was frozen because of amount of a check from the same company was a little less.now im going back and forth between automated emails and automated phone calls.like seriously do a job

Worst TD Bank Branch in Surrey, perhaps even in the lower mainland. Absolutely rude representatives and their service is extremely slow. Don't bother saving yourself time by using their virtual line up but wait in the actual line up for that's what they honour first. I used their virtual line up and had heard a lady say she was 9th in line (at the time I was 7th on the queue and was waiting in my car), but she got in before me! I had shown them that I was supposed to be next in line according to the text messages but they didn't honour it. Waste of time!

Really hopeless branch. Booked an online appointment at 4.30 PM for 10: 30 AM next day to setup a business account and received a call from the person assigned for the appointment at 10: 15 AM saying he cannot do the appointment because he has no idea how to open a business account. Not sure how TD assigns appointments and their staff. Plus on top of that I cant believe that a rep is calling 15 min before the appointment to say they cant do it. 5 of us took off from work to open a simple business account and we got this crazy service from TD. Will never recommend anyone to this TD branch ever, think twice before you visit specially this branch.

Very busy bank like all other banks In a populated area kind workers even with turnover teller rate probably a training for other banks but always very helpful and kind and always greated buy the long term employees never a problem aside from the lineups

I went to deposit a cheque. They had 3 tellers at the time and 2 people in front of me. I waited almost half an hour. They never apologized for long wait and didn’t ask my questions about the TD app properly.

I just wanna thank ang give a dozen of red roses to teller khan for being so honest. I deposited an amount of $700 cash for my son's account and it happen to be more than that.
When I came back to chk it out the receipt copy she received $750 and shes calling my son's tel no at the same time.
Shes amazing and I wont forget that good smile on her eyes.

This location is horrible during anytime of the day. For one, this location is one of the busiest that being said you would think they would have enough staff on the floor. For some reason they’re always understaffed and/or one of the ATM machines are down. The other day I walked in only one ATM machine was working! The turn over rate seems very high here as well, always new faces on the frontline. It’s been like this for the last 5 years and I don’t think it will ever change.

There is miscommunication problem between staff and i end up waiting for my appointment for one and half hour. However, in the beginning lady told me to wait only half hour. Too much hassle for a pregnant women. Really disappointed because of slow customer service.

Was there several times, have investments no one helps.has my name on the documents.told wasn't mine.the manager, sounded angry did not want speak to myself.lying other times that there is nothing in all the Canadian courts.that I was told by bank there was.i am a white man.employees bragged about being all east Indian working there.i believe they are racist.

Went there just to ask if I can get the letter just mentioning my account balances, they lady at reception was super rude. She was so loud in front of others. She rudely said we don’t make it anymore. For a Minute my heart beat started fast. Will close bank account with TD and open it at credit union or bank where I can get better customer service.

It was my first experience with Td bank and it was excellent.because of one of the advisor Chand S Karwal. He is one of the best staff in there. I usually dont give reviews but because of his generosity And decency I recommend all to visit him for the bestest service ever.and to be very honest his work is worth appreciating. Thank you for all of your help.

If you’re new in town please don’t go there, coz you might hate TD for the rest of your life just because of that branche, specially if you need service that involved inside staff.
I moved form AB recently I went there to increase my credit card limit, it get rejected because of them, untrained staff with a poor customer services.
It makes me want to change my bank.
