TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The mobile mortgage broker we used from TD and met at this branch was unfortunately disorganized, a poor communicator, and went on holidays for a month without completing our paperwork! We literally lost track of how many mistakes were made by the broker in multiple copies of paperwork, communication, and with timelines. Our experience with TD and the broker here was terribly disappointing soon after signing the first round of paperwork until the end of the process. Cannot recommend.

Why TD doesn't have similar standards in all branches.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch recently. I was in the area and needed to process payments on behalf of my deceased father's account. The Branch Manager, Daniel, went above and beyond to assist me with this process when I ran into challenges related to the set-up of my Dad's estate account - as did two of his staff members. During a difficult time, the sensitive and timely assistance of this branch made a big and positive impact on my life. Daniel and Team, thanks for your speedy help and wonderful communication.

Absolutely disappointing between the condescending lady lady I spoke with about my card To the limits that were supposed to be changed that were not changed. Everything I've heard about TD bank is true, absolutely garbage. I've been a customer for 2 days now, I'll be looking somewhere else.

Personal banking rep was totally unprepared for a scheduled meeting to settle an estate. Wasted my time and needed to reschedule to when he informes himself on procedures and process.

Terrible customer service. As a business account holder with TD. It should not be difficult to do a wire transfer or a direct deposit when the information was provided to the clerk. Maybe a new guy behind the desk but shrugging it off as not my problem here is your information to send to them is the most unprofessional solution.
