TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Adviser Paula (not sure if my spelling is correct sorry) is an example of great customer service.
I came to close account but left with future plans with TD)

Always closed and doors now locked for ATM for some reason. Drive thru ATM put of service again. Get it together TD

I've never had an issue with TD before and been with them for over 30 years, but it has to be said. They botched a mutual fund transfer that should have taken a week but instead took almost 3 months, putting the closing of my house on the line. It was a lot of undue stress on the process. Their incompetence was one thing but their total lack of follow up on the issue really made the whole situation unbearable. I had to constantly nag them to fix the issue, I must have visited the branch over a dozen times over those months to keep them from forgetting the issue. I talked with multiple managers and mutual fund "experts" before they finally figured out the transfer about a week before I closed. I like TD but I would not trust this specific branch with even the simplest of tasks.
