TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Front desk lady Val was no help at all. Very disappointed with TD’s customer service. Most likely will be moving my banking over to Scotia.

Slow to find out info and my daughter has mobility issues. Spent 25 minutes standing never offering a seat. I told her to find another banking facility. My credit union rocks

Very unsatisfactory with this location and also with representatives. Took hundreda out of my account on their mistake because of “algorithm” and now they’re making excuses and not helpful. Just want my money back but it seems I have to jump through hoops and the people on the phone are rude and snark. Ill be switching my investment accounts elsewhere. In fact I think I may switch banks entirely

Rude reception.won’t do in person banking. I wanted to open a business account and bring my business to them but was told very snarky I had to call in and I WILL NOT be helped in person. When I told this lady I only to in person banking she gave me a disgusting look and looked at the door.
Blown away. What happened to in person services, customer service and real people.

Been with these guys 17 years and still won't give me a credit card or up my overdraft limit. I have other credit cards and I never miss a payment. I'll be closing my account here very soon.

Saw ad to transfer funds to TD and receive $300 bonus. Never received anything and with over $20,000 in account, not even $0.01 interest in last 18 months. Time to move on.
