This is my bank and they constantly send me offers, so I made an appointment to go and see them. I then decided the next week to follow up and take advantage of 1 of the offers, but I needed to clarify some details. I was given business cards by 2 employees and attempted to contact both for 3 days. No reply and missed taking the offer. I also suggested to them while in the branch that my mortgage was up and needed to renew. Guess where I'm not going for that!

Worst bank ever. I ask for a personal loan and I have deny because I reside in GA. But I have an Auto loan with them. It is the worst experience ever I have. I been with this bank almost 13 years. I am very disappointed with them

Two stars because the ladies at the counter were nice and helpful, but I had a very unpleasant appointment on the phone afterwards. It's not my fault they redirected me to the wrong people/department. Person on the phone was uninterested, almost rude, and called me on another time then scheduled when i was in meeting. I hope TD reels in customers through their adds, because it's not going to be because of their in person service.

Must be the slowest bank in Victoria, B. C. Where did Terry/ Teresa go as she helped and taught all the tellers so much that everything ran smoothly. What the heck has happened to this bank it used to be great.
I am so sad and dread going there now!

I’ve never experienced customer service this poor. I started the process of a home equity line of credit in MAY it was suppose to be a fast process was told “I should have an answer today for you” it’s now the middle of August, countless voicemails with no call backs. If you can deal with a different branch; do that’s

Nobody up front knew what a balance transfer is, then someone came out of an office to help and made up an excuse why he couldn’t figure out what I was talking about. I did it the next day in the TD app.

WENT IN TO HELP BOSS CASH A TD BANK CHEQUE THEY DONT EVEN KNOW ABOUT ENDORSEMENT ON THE BACK, Even IF THAT PERSON HAS A TD ACCOUNT? Like what you don't want to help me get paid to put into there bank? So whatever wasted our work time, don't recommend this Branch to anyone

Mortgage "specialist" is incredibly inept. AVOID THIS BANK FOR MORTGAGES! I have had problem after problem with this bank over the course of 10 years. Will definitely be going somewhere else when my term ends.

Made an appointment with Tanveer. Appointment started at 2pm, he tells me he needs to go see his colleague to print off some paperwork to view an account. He says he will call me back. Its now been 3 hours and still no call back. Disappointed with this as nothing got sorted out and none of my banking questions were addressed. He was more interested in trying to ask me about questions regarding my mortgage with another bank than he was with my other banking questions.

TD is one of the worst banks they withhold my hard earned money from me constantly. They have mystery charges without warning and no explanation. They have even taken my rent money from me before causing me to lose my house! I hate them with a passion!

I deposited a cheque at the ATM and selected chequing but the funds went into my savings account (with a hold, so they were stuck there) Next time I deposited a cheque I went to the teller and told her chequing and the funds still went into savings. "The way your account is set up when you say chequing what you really mean is savings. " <- this is what the staff there ACTUALLY said to me. I'm seriously unimpressed
