TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Today, I went to this branch (which is closest to our home), the manager was really unhelpful, disrespectful and unprofessional. She really doesn’t know her job, I don’t know how she is in this position? ! Something that could be done in this branch I had to go to another branch to get it done!

I came to deposit a business draft 45mins still in queue and didn't move from 2nd place. I think it's gonna take whole day here.very poor service

No front desk personell. We had to wait in the lobby looking left and right and finally someone came after a few minutes to help

Wish I could give negative starts. I talked on phone with Kirpa after getting transferred by the easy access line, not only she refuse to help but was super rude and unprofessional. Please opt for other locations if you may as this was my second time bad customer service experience at this location.

Old grumpy lady by the name of Mary didn't allow me to deposit money into my wife's account.never got refused for depositing money into my wife's account elsewhere. Garbage TD branch.

Being a bussiness account holder so always poor servic by dealing hand & supervisior too.untranied and unprofessional staff.they are don't know about bussiness pay bills tax, gst in this branch also provided a bad and poor servic.baljinder

Always understaffed, always long line up. Half hour waiting at least every time. Manager should be fired. It was like this even before Covid so don’t use covid as excuse. Never improve all theses years.

2 months after I posted this above review, now I lining up for 40 mins, and looks like it will take another 40 mins to get to the counter. Management team is doing nothing about it.

Cooperative staff, employee name IRENE LEE was very nice. She had very well knowledge about everything and give us warm welcome. Definitely recommend.

Contrary to the majority of the negative reviews for this branch by other reviewers, my experience was actually a positive one. I had forgotten my bank card at home and needed to make a bank draft of a large sum.dealt with a very courteous staff by the name of Mary Ann whom assisted me without any issues what so ever. I was in and out in no time and even got a parking spot right outside by the road at the entrance. Maybe my luck but thank you for hiring ppl like Mary Ann.
