TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

We had a meeting with Ankit vatta last week. He provided great financial advice and made us feel confident about our finances. He seems to be very passionate about his job. The way he explained different types of investments and their pros and cons made us feel enlightened. It’s was a worthwhile appointment. Good job TD

Always a great experience here. When we first time opened our accounts here, Tarunpreet did a great job in helping and explaining all the pros and cons of the accounts. She had great product knowledge and insights. Today visited again and met one of the customer experience associates named Rupal who was super helpful and patient in helping me with some account balance issues. She tried her best in finding a solution and I was really happy with it. Kudos to the whole team for being so helpful and understanding. Cheers

Never enough staff! The service that TD should be providing this branch is far the worst. Always a 30 min wait minimum.

Can not thank Lisa enough. The branch manger went above and beyond to help me resolve a 2 month long issue. Even when the Senior department over the phone was no help Lisa did everything in her power.

Hi there, I would like to shine a light on short staff. It took me an hour to wait in line just to get to teller to some information. Hire some more employees. Who can work in fast pace environment. There was a line up line up next to the door. Its too annoying and wastage of time.

Waiting here over 45 minutes. 18 -20 people lineup to the door.
Other final advisers walking around they could have helped for few minutes to get the line moving. One man in the lineup started yelling as he was frustrated.
The person was helping me was the manager I asked him to use his resources as the advisors in the back could have jumped in to help for a few minutes.
Someone needs to review this location 8 stations available to use.only 3 or 4 people working most of the time. No One should spend one hour to take US money out in 2023 because you can't manage this location properly.

Terrible service, bank tellers are extremely rude and unprofessional. You will spend at least 45 minutes to an hour waiting in line. Go anywhere else!

Avoid this location, go to any other locations they will be more professional and catering to your needs. Staff and management have very bad attitude and waste your time for no reason

I've banked with TD over 20 yrs and never saw a line up close to the door like I did today! Only 2 tellers and 1 express for business. I usually don't come into the bank unless I absolutely have to and this was one of the rare days. I just did a move, didn't have internet yet, and the movers
wouldn't take credit, so I'm left with a huge line up while the movers were waiting to get paid

This is the only bank that does not respect customers. It took more than 45 minutes. Only one person was working. We asked the administrator to do something, but she did not. I hope you check the camera from 4: 45 until the check is deposited at 5: 30.

This branch is consistently short-staffed, with nearly hour long waits every time I go in.

I used to go the branch at Burnaby Kingsway & Nelson, never been waiting long, staffs there are energetic, polite, floor is bright & open. This location looks enclosed, long wait 70% when I come in. Big area has 10 booth but only 3 open 8-10 people waiting is often. I was here after long weekend, about the same. Today is Wednesday, suppose be slow down, but still long wait…

They have very bad service. Their is 2 hour waiting and only 1 or 2 counters are open. It took me ages to get my turn. So I think people should know this.

New manager, white older guy, is not up to standard or seem to have any knowledge or experience working at a bank before. Changing banks, after 7 years as a business and regular customer.

Very poor costumer service. I eas there 6: 30 pm Friday with only two tellers helping costumers. It took 25 mins per customer. The line was long and it seems they don't care at all.

Terrible service. It seems every time I come here everyone goes on break. There’s ten people running around but no one working. I wait in the lineup at least an hour every time. It’s always a bad experience. Needs more working tellers! There’s 30 people behind me in the line what a joke

I usually stop by in the morning on my way to work at 6: 30 am.
Today I noticed 2 men lounging in the entrance way.
I decided to not do any banking
I felt very unsafe for my security.
This branch needs to either have a security guard for safety of customers or have the entry by card repaired
