I went to teller counter to let them know I have a scheduled appointment at 10: 00am, I didn’t get to see an advisor until 10: 30. The only reason I get to see an advisor at 10: 30 is because I reach out again to the teller counter. During this 30 mins no one approached to ask if I need help. What’s the point of making an appointment?

Terrible place to bank, no one had a clue what was going on. I was attempting to transfer funds out to buy back my pensionable time from my military service and due to there absolute negligence the form was not sent even after multiple follow up calls. This resulted in the deadline being missed and buy back no longer possible.

No one seems to know what they're doing here. All of the tellers constantly needed assistance from their supervisor, which is fine, but for simple tasks like cashing checks? These are tellers who I've seen working at this branch for months. Was helped by a teller named Adam. He is alright but definitely seems to have attitude problems.
