Asked for statements from the representative and the Bank manager which was requested from police department yesterday. (What time was card tapped) Manager was too cool to walk up and shouted “that’s all we can provide” across her desk. 1. Unprofessional. They told me they couldn’t give me anything other than the papers with wrong timings on it. Travelled further and I walked into poco branch and manager just printed it out and handed it in. I can’t believe that even the manager wouldn’t have in depth knowledge of their system. 2. New?
