TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Like previous customers have stated. Long long long line ups. Long waits. Only 3 tellers open. It is the closest one to me so I don't really have a choice but to go and wait. They know what times are busy. Why not call more people in for the min 4 hour shifts? Edit * TWO TELLERS OPEN ON A FREAKING FRIDAY. WTH

Not a fast service. Always line ups and not enough staff. Ridiculous that there is always a wait and I have to waste my time looking for another branch as don't have time to wait here

Long queues all the time and the management does not care. The overworked staff will look at the queue and go for a break right in front of you. This is not a good way to deal with customers.
Rather than hiring a security lady who sits on her phone and does nothing, hire more staff.
So many bad reviews but no action has been taken.

Reading these reviews and the copy and pasted comments from this TD bank shows how much they really don’t care. How is it that every time I come here the line is out the door and 2 people are working the tills. The mangers walk around and look at everyone waiting like no big deal. Like hire more people or have more people around busy times, 4-6 pm when most people are getting off work and can actually go to the bank. Oh, I look forward to my copy and pasted response TD.

Went there to open an account. Was turned away at another bank and told I need and appointment. Td also said I needed and appointment but was able to get me one right away. Great service

Awesome experience with a great team managing the teller. Service with a big smile isn't that amazing.

My experience with Jenius was really amazing. If you have any concerns or questions regarding mortgage, he is the person to go to. Really patient and a good listener. Keep up the good work.

This bank is a joke! Long lineups and hardly any tellers on. Happens often, it’s ridiculous. It’s also very dirty, dusty, etc.

It was TD's mistake & i went there for asking, there was a lady, her name was sona or mona, something like that her name was, she was so rude to me, even she didn't listen my side & she started screaming, big zero for TD
