TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

TD (5991 No. 3 road, Richmond, BC V6X 3Y6) closed my saving account with notifying me and the staff cannot give me a reason why closing my account

I would give this branch and its manager Van zero stars if that was an option. I waited in line for 20 minutes to be told that I couldn't transfer funds from one account to another without a five-day hold. When I outlined that I could with the funds from the one account and deposit the proceeds to the other account, I was told that was indeed the case.
I just left and went to another branch where I accomplished what I originally wanted to do and did so in under five minutes (including waiting in line).
I was so unimpressed by the service at No. 3 Road and Granville branch that I was on the verge of shutting down my accounts altogether and moving my business to one of the other financial institutions that I deal with.
The "manager" Van has set a new low for abysmal service.

Unable to access ATM while the branch is closed during thanksgiving weekend. All glass doors entrance were locked on both side. No signage or post explaining why.very disappointed.

Poor design from such a central location, can't access ATM services unless it's during business hours.

Unfortunately, this bank treats its customers as if they were thieves. The ATM inside the building is always closed and the management of this bank is incompetent and does not respect its customers. I have decided to close my bank account because of this infuriating and cowardly behavior.

I even been with TD for over 20 years, never had issues until I moved y to Richmond. This branch has the worst ratings. One of teller name (JOY). Extremely rude, ignorance, I believe this is a personal issue not the bank.
I hope person in charge of this branch take better look into people compliant and start to repair this problem.
Also I have called the TD complain line. They don’t know her. JOY is not her real name.

Great bank and terrific friendly service- only giving 4 stars due to the fact that they lock their doors outside regular banking hours which restricts access to the bank machines in the outer lobby (which I never encountered at my other TD banks in Alberta or BC.)
