TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I was a bit scared with owning as credit card but, Dorsa was extremely helpful! She was very informative and explained how everything works. Extremely friendly, I never felt pressured to upgrade, it felt like she was genuinely trying to help me. I’m glad to say she’ll be helping me with future projects.

Closes super early on weekdays. People work when they are opened. And Saturdays they are understaffed and weird customers with long requests so your in line forever to just get a simple thing done.

Management is an absolute joke, Do not know how to go above and beyond for their customers. This location is full of the most incapable individuals that refuse to help or try to look for solutions. Their corporate management should be auditing this branch

The waiting time is unbelievable and most of the tellers are trainee. This branch has a shortage of employees
