Deposited Money Order in this location, teller said would your like use the amount right away? Said Yes! Then she applied authorization from the manager, after that told me TD will hold my money order for 5 business day!
Understood hold money order for security reason, but if your branch had the convenience option, why yr manager made it difficult to your business customer? ! If you can not do this, why asked question at the beginning? The branch’s unprofessional behaviour was wast time of each other!
