TD Sucks! (0 star) Do NOT bank with them. I worked in banking before and won customer service awards and team awards. My wife still works in banking (with a competitor). 3 staff, 2 managers, and 6 visits and nearly a year, I can barely do limited banking for my parent with an enduring Power of Attorney if I waste enough time. They keep telling me to bring my parent in. They don't acknowledge the POA or know what it is.
Staff are incompetent. Managers and staff do not take accountability for their tasks. Banking policies and structure are restrictive to clients. I am the client and I am chasing them to do their job properly. TD - please send me my management paycheck now! What a waste of time in today's busy and hectic lives.

Today, I went to this bank to deposit a cheque, and my cheque was valid with my full name. But the staff (the chinese guy) here refused to deposit and I had to go to another branch to do it and it was successful. I will never comeback this place.

I have called today around 12pm on Oct 04 and the receptionist picked up the phone but never say hello or anything. I have waited for 5 minutes, but no one answer, I heard back ground people talking, sound of keyboard typing, still no one say hello. I tried to call again, and the lady said I have to make an appointment to check when my Tax Free Account expires which is very strange. I have called TD many times and they can answer my question. Never come back to this bank again. Terrible service.

They are going through construction, so the ONLY ATM machine is the drive through. I made the mistake of parking and walking in thinking the machine was still in the TD branch, it is not. Only drive thru

Today my mother and I tried to deposit a cheque, we had the full legal name on the cheque (Last Name First Name Middle Name), this teller who is training other tellers refused to allow my mother to deposit the cheque because her driver's license was written (Last Name, Comma, First Name, Middle Name). Even though the name order was exactly the same, she refused to deposit the cheque because there is no comma.

She claims that this is TD bank policy that if the cheque doesn't have a comma, the cheque won't be deposited.

This was clearly a power trip as the teller next to her had no problem depositing the cheque.

We have been TD customers with accounts for over 30 years, and we have never had this happen.

Go to another branch if you want to deposit a cheque.

My family and I had positive experiences banking with this branch. We had Kelvin Koon and another Kelvin helping us with our banking needs, and both they were patient with our requests. I also had Shelly (not sure if this is exact her name) at the counter helping me with other stuff and she was nice and helpful.
