TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Amazing AMAZING customer service within the bank they always help me beat VBCE rates for USD exchange - I’m only removing a star because it seems sort of silly to have an ATM that is only useable during bank hours because they lock the doors at night.

It’s ridiculous that you can’t access the TD ATM after hours. I had to take money out today, and was forced to go across the street to Scotia bank and pays fee for cash withdrawal.

Had to stay more than 30 minutes longer than our scheduled one-hour appointment due to a printer issue.

This isn't a one-star review because I sympathise with them. We all know printers are notoriously difficult.

The real kicker is, I brought the necessary pre-filled, printed forms to the appointment that could've been used, but weren't for some reason.

What a waste of time, toner and paper. This experience has solidified my decision to cut ties with TD Bank as soon as circumstances allow.

I went to get laundry machine coins and the staff (Love) was super kind and made my visit very pleasant after a full day of exhausting work. Thank you, Love for chatting with me.

A real buzzkill of a location because you can’t access the ATM anymore after bank hours. Some folks in the neighbourhood said it was to prevent unhoused people from warming up in there at night during the winter, which seems plausible. An employee said it was a “safety issue” yeah right! Anyway it’s annoying. The banker I worked with was helpful and nice though

ATMs now only open during banking hours. Why even bother having them? Staff has to call managers to answer fairly straightforward questions. The main reason they want you to make appointments is to try to sell you more credit cards or mutual funds. Good luck trying to contact the person you had an appointment with for any follow up questions or for them to finish the business you went there for in the first place. I've been a TD customer for decades in general and this branch for many years and it's unbelievable how it's all declined.

This bank is a joke. I had to order a new credit card, was told it would arrive at my address in two business days. Had to call them 3 times to figure out that it had not been delivered. Then had to order a new card to the branch also within 2 business days. I picked up the card yesterday assuming it was the latest one, only to find out that it was not and the bank had given me a blocked credit card. When I went by to sort it out they tried to blame me for not activating it correctly, when finally they realized they’d given me a credit card that was no longer active. They then told me that their expedited service of two business days is “only an estimate”, saying it’s Visa’s responsibility. Seeing how they MANUALLY log new credit cards in a paper book was shocking, and not surprising at all that they don’t have a clue what’s going on. Absolute joke. Learn to take some accountability, instead of blaming your customers and your suppliers.

TD's service (at all levels) is well below standard compared to other banks (i.e. CIBC). I usually wouldn't post such a negative review, but the poor service has gone overboard. The reps at this location (Granville and 12th) are not very helpful and seem in-experienced/rookies. There are tech issues with TD today, I need an important bank draft made by the end of the day, otherwise it can wreck my business transaction, but no one at the branch seems to have a reasonable answer or any solution at all. No one seems to know anything, and the only information available is what the news outlets are reporting every few hours. Incredibly poor at all levels.

The lowest quality of service and attitude in this branch. Discrimination, terrible service and not taking feedback. They simply say no to you for things that other branches of TD do for you with no hassle.

Be sure to pay for extra parking time. Me and a bunch of other people who went to a nearby theater got parking tickets because we all paid for it until 4 pm. We got to the car 4: 03 and everyone had tickets

The customer service I experience everytime at the branch is top notch! I really appreciate you guys thank you

Been coming to this branch for 4 years and the atm’s were available 24/7 and now they are only available during operating hours!

Now I have to go and cash check in some other bank, thank you!

This TD Bank site is located along Granville and 12th Ave and is easy to access.there is a parking space next to the bank.very friendly staff.located in a very interesting business neighbourhood.

Absolutely terrible service. Advisor forgot to submit our application and wouldn't respond after we asked to speak to management. Total clown show, go across the street to Scotia or half a block down to RBC.
