Was very impressed by Kevin's customer service. He started no-fee children's bank accounts for our kids and got them done faster than I've ever seen someone do anything at a bank!

Had a financial advisor apt to go over my car loan w Kevin Zhang. He broke things down for me in ways I can understand and helped me change my loan so my payments will be more effective. Kevin didn't only offer excellent service but was very personable and easy to deal with.

Terrible service. Interest charged again. I have been in the bank to have them notify me when payment is due. The employee was supposed to fix this. How many times must I go in the bank to straighten thing out?
