TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

This bank is the worst.my account got frauded and because I can't afford to pay overdraft protection I'm suffering the consequences of having to pay over 2000.000 dollars but when I didn't have my bank fees they don't have a problem putting my account in overdraft and when I opened my account i asked for UNLIMITED TRANSACTIONS.to me the word UNLIMITED MEANS ENDLESS how can any person not understand thst so when I was getting my bank statements sent to me in the mail I was noticing huge amounts being withdrawn for bank fees and because I didn't go in right away I was only reimbursed 60 dollars out of the hundreds they were taking from me. THEY DONT ASK FOR SIGNATURES THEY DONT PROPERLY LOOK AT CHEQUES THEY DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISTAKES THEY MAKE.

Great staff they've got in this branch! I've encountered 3 problems regarding my account in the last 2 months but this branch has been able to help out and I truly appreciate it; they weren't dismissive and tried to understand what went wrong and helped promptly. The 2 times I went to them to get the stuff sorted out (since the other branch I went to was of no help), I got assisted well and problems got resolved.

It's a location with a good work ethic and a knowledgeable staff. The counter staff were helpful and friendly, and I really appreciate seeing how many trainees they take in. Good stuff

Upsetting.delt with branch for years.and td itself longer. Everyone you talk too you get a different answer. Noone really knows the answer. All over a deposit and a hold on money, one says it's up to the discretion of the teller another says it's an automatic hold and then another says a partial hold. So when you say "oh so I should have gone to a teller that I know"? Then the story changes again. Will not be getting our mortgage and any future loans with td as they aren't sure what thier doing

They failed to inform me that I could be getting a student discount that is half the cost of what i've been paying for the last 3 years! Like my schooling was filled out 3 years ago when I changed my address why wouldn't they say anything.

Do not. I repeat DO NOT deal with this branch for any mortgage services. Working on a mortgage here was an absolute nightmare, no communication or support through the process and zero sense of urgency. If you want subpar service and a likely chance that your accepted offer on your dream home will collapse due to inexperience, then bank here. I wish google allowed a zero star rating and I feel bad for those who have had to deal with mortgages at this branch in the past. Do yourself a favour and bank ANYWHERE but here but if you do.remember you heard it here first.
