I want to share a pretty bad experience my friend had when she visited the branch, to get a duplicate card as her card was stolen while she visited US recently. She lost her IDs as well and had only her passport for verification. The customer service advisor refused to consider passport as proof which is ridiculous as Passport is a very reliable document accepted by all the government offices
The lady first asked if she speaks Punjabi and it appears that they serve only their Punjabi clients and others are not important. The lady informed my friend that she can't authenticate her with her passport. My friend also carried a mortgage statement which the lady said she could have picked up from the street
My friend was not even allowed to see the manager as she can't authenticate her with the passport. Imagine the plight of my friend, who desperately wanted to get the debit card, in order to use for daily purchases in the absence of credit cards as it takes a week to receive it.

I would request the TD Bank higher officials to investigate this and take action against such inconsiderate staff who was not only unhelpful but rude as well. I wonder how the bank allow such behaviour. I am sure if it were a Punjabi, she would have gone out of her way to help

Everyone at this TD Branch was very helpful and kind. Kawaljeet’s service was also terrific, she was able to help me with the service I requested and made it a seamless process!

This is the slowest TD around I hate when I have to come to this branch every time a elderly person comes in they let them cut the line and then they take so long because they didn't have to wait in the line if you come to this branch just know you will be in line for at least 50min just to cash a check this has been true every time I have come here. I will NOT be back.

I would highly recommend Kawal dhaliwal. She is such a sweet and nice human. She is very helpful and explain everything in very polite and friendly way. It was such a great experience with her.

Really bad customer service. What is the point of having reception desk if it is close every times. You have to stand in line for 45 minutes to ask question from staff. They will ignore your presence. I am dealing with this bank from last 50 years. We have business and personal account. I called customer service this morning they said I have to visit the branch. Branch people said they can’t do that. Why you guys hire untrained staff? Staff from this location suggest me to close my account. No problem I will find another bank. You guys are losing customer because of untrained staff. I will suggest to go to different place

I visited this branch today. I am really happy after visiting this branch. KAWAL DHALIWAL is really good advisor and good nature person. She greeted me nicely and gave me proper guidance about everything. She guided me in opening my account, it's benefits and give me other financial advice in a proper way. I am really happy with the services provided by kawal dhaliwal and I will seek advice for my future financial plans from her.

Most horrendous TD I’ve ever visited. Line ups are long - which is fine - but personnel management is disturbingly poor for a brand like TD. 2 tellers were on their phones while people were waiting in line. The business line up is for business banking but is not given priority as the branch was getting people out of the other line up to service. Front line staff is new and untrained which is also fine but are offered little to no support. Very disappointing. Avoid this branch if you value your time.

Horrible attitude from the tellers. They don’t know how to speak to a customer. The manager is useless in what she does. Guy with turban doesn’t know how to do anything properly. Short old lady with glasses is extremely rude and talks down on people. Half the representatives are on their phone texting in the back. Will never go back to this location again.

Only 2 counters open and 20 people in line.
I think you guys have to remove extra counters because you are not going to fill those empty counters. I saw all reviews and most of them is about this issue and I can’t say any improvement.

The worst branch I've ever visited. There are 6-7 counters in the bank, but only one or two staff engage in helping the customers, which makes people wait at least half an hour or more to get the service from the staff. Also, they rarely pick up the phone; it seems they don't care about their clients.

My wife went in to deposit money for our business, she was standing in line and someone just walked in and cut in front of everyone, the teller helped the man who cut in line and dismissed the concerns of other customers. The teller Kamaljit did not care. Very frustrating when we are long standing business customers of td, probably won’t be there too much longer as this type of stuff happens here too often.

The slowest branch ever In TD line of banks. There are literally 20 people waiting in line for their turn to see teller and This Bank is Just trying to help those customers with just one TELLER. SLOWEST BRANCH EVER! Took me One and half an hour just to do a little change for my account. Try to avoid this branch at all cost to save your half day picnic here.

Seldom come to this branch, but every time you got to wait for more than half hour in line. Really drive me crazy. What an inefficient bank! Just wasting time!
No customer service sense, always long line and slow, waste time with this bank. Will terminate relationship for sure after mortgage finish.

I was there today 1st of the October 2021 there was two line
One is business line the other is normal customers
I got in the business because I was gonna deposit my business account cheque
There was a man on the business line I got my position behind him as I should do and waiting
One younger than East Indian girl was talking to bank employee beardy guy than she come back got front of me and said sorry I was here first
Than that young beardy bank employee short filipino lady also bank employee they started defending this rude girl they said she was first
Now let me ask you peoples who should be front of the line the one followed up the rules and got in to line waiting his turn
Or the person out of line and getting information from bank employee which is she wasn’t on line? I did of course defending my rights but these two bank employees did wrong and kept the wrong person that’s your judgement it is thank you all for readying

I got denied change because I don’t have an account. Been there countless times for our business, but ran into some staff who don’t know their policy very well.

Went down the road to the TD on 72nd and got my change with no problem.

Very nice staff but they really don’t know their own policy.

They didn't even deserve the half star, their staff is quite unpleasant, they doesn't treat constumers well. I don't know the girl name, she is receptionists I guess, she is so rude with everyone, even with the senior people also.she really need communication manners.

So I had a meeting fixed with Varinder Matharoo, financial advisor. Instead of giving us advise all she did was questioning us y we did this and that. 1st she called us late after the appointment time and told us we were booked for only 30mins, when we had only 15-20mins left, without informing us. God knows how this branch is still running with such ungrateful people working. Thank god i only go there to use atm!

Dealing with the staff was very frustrating did not return emails left me and my wife in limbo for seven days they did say they would email and then seven days later no email.had to actually go into the bank and get the information which they were reluctant to give back and tell us.did not return one phone call have all of it saved all conversations dates and times They did not reply or put their best effort forward and showing us the way they do business and customer service was done poorly. Very dissatisfied go to a different branch. Unacceptable in my standards after 22 years with TD.

Long lineups all time very slow and short staffed bank. For single deposit or enquiry u have to wait at least more than half an hour. 9 counters but always 2-4 u get open. Waste of time

This branch is the worst I’ve ever had experience. I had an appointment with Varinder Matharoo and she supposed to call me to tell what her manager decided to do with my investments and I never heard from her. Now I decided to take money to another bank.
