Advisors are uninformed and gave incorrect information on multiple occasions which ultimately cost me money

If you are looking for someone for a discussion regarding investment look for Joni Yip from this branch. Thorough presentation and took his time to explain. I will recommend him to anyone!

I have been coming here for 3 years. Recently, I find TD to be too uptight in branch. They cheque deposits over $1600, which just slows everything down. It doesn't seem to matter how long a history you have had with their bank. In my case, 28 years. I was treatedly very rudely by this branch the other day, for accusing me just off hand of my identity after already giving my ID.

Today, I went to TD bank on East Broadway location. Name - Monica - Chinese girl helped me. She gave answers to my question Politely and Patiently. I would like to give herself Star. Thank you for for your help
