1 cashier, just 4 customers in front of me and i had to wait 1H 15 Min to just deposit money. It's supposed that the business line is the fastest one but regular customers were going through more quickly.

They can’t provide the same service as other companies. I applied for a 6-month financial certificate, and they said they could only give me 3 months. I told him that I had applied for 6 months before, why not this time, the commissioner only said he only give me three months。

I don't understand why the same is TD, but the service is not the same?

The worst bank in the whole world.
For me TD was a waste of money and time, I opened an account and after 6 months without having used it, I found out I owned $150, what? Even, I didn't had a credit card, And the first year its supposed to be "free". The staff is really rude, I would say is the worst.well. I paid that strange fees days before returning to that bank for the last time, and I'm very happy I closed all the accounts with TD, I would never come back. They only care about money, fake people. I have others banks accounts across the globe, but this bank is the worst. No benefits, high fees, what they have? Nothing.
Btw, before leaving, a woman threatened me very badly and told me that I would regret it if I left the bank, she threw my documents at me and she threw the card in the trash. Let me tell that woman something and this bank, you are forgetting you get paid because of me. I don't need you, you need me. Bye forever)

Such a unprofessional location to go in all the tellers have no idea of what they doing no proper training. And rude i would know better of all the process then they do. Took almost 20 minutes to get a draft not talking about in line time talking about desk time. Td needs to think about what they doing with their manpower. Don’t recommend anyone to go here and waste their time.

This td branch has the worst customer service out of all the banks I’ve dealt with. First they messed up my wire transfer when hand wrote all the correct information. My debit card gets frozen due to their mistakes and errors. Then they choose to send a new one without any tracking or any eta. Also why did they get mad at me at the bank. The worker there named GABIE CHO especially took exception to me. She was the one that made the mistake to begin with. I went to the bank because my card got suspended (again due to your mistakes), and the teller there told me to wait back in line after filling out a simple peace of paper, mind you I am still recovering for surgery and barely able to walk. This is outrageous service.

A whole week later i get a call about the error in the wire transfer. No apologies, no responsibilities plus an attitude on the phone. I tell them I’ll go to the branch on Friday to deal with it. Yet these guys call twice again just to give me an attitude and again no responsibility for the mistakes that caused a discomfort on my family. What was the point of calling me anyway when i said im coming on friday? Just to make me angry?

Everytime I come here they are short staffed and super slow with the manager walking around casual without a worry in the world when there is a, massive line.

Stole $150 from me. How can I trust my money to the bank that is STEALING the customers money? The ATM at this branch gave me 150 less than the amount that it supposed to be. After I spent hours on phone with TD and in the line at this brunch, TD is saying that there was no error in the ATM I will not receive my money back. Going to close all my TD cards right now. Stay away.

Worst customer service ever. Got my account blocked for no reason, went to a branch and got told that this could be solved only by phone. Call to the number and they tell me that I have to call to an specific number that they only provide on the branch. Two freaking days and my account is still blocked. These guys play with customer’s money and time. Disrespectful.

Unfortunately even being a long time client i get a much worse conversation rate than I would get in a dedicated exchange, which can mean a lot of money lost. Workers there are nice and helpful tho.

Customer service has no clue what they are doing, extremely frustrating and unhelpful. I arrive at the customer service desk and she is sending me link to apply online? Like I came to bank for a reason, if I wanted to do things online why would I waste my time coming here. I would not recommend going here and wasting your time. I left the bank unsatisfied and closed my bank account. Open your bank accounts with scotia or either Cibc much better.

This is a branch I never plan to visit again.
Went there to confirm if the bank draft, which I had deposited about a week ago had been cleared. Teller just fails to understand my question, teller goes to another employee sitting in the back. That employee comes over to talk to me and goes into a spiel, I leave the bank with my question unanswered.
On coming back home, I call easyline. Without any hitch, easyline customer agent is able to understand and answer my question.
Pathetic service in the branch, a waste of time.

I called this branch 5 times. No one ever answered the phone. I left a voicemail and no one bother to call me back. I had much better experiences in my coquitlam branch. The customer service needs be improved at this location.

Stupid people are lucky I'm not the type to complain to their 'manager'. After over 10 years of banking here for my business needs plus an almost identical month to month transaction list of deposits over the same time period, the teller has to ask her manager if she's 'comfortable' depositing my cheque so that all the funds are available. My credit rating is fine and so is my account history, plus I didn't need any cash back. The teller comes back 'happy' that her manager feels comfy as if they've just released a loan that needed approval. This branch stinks every time I visit. Luckily I barely visit this particular location.

Bank to do banking. To see a bank teller you need to make an appointment due to the COVID-19 pandemic. ATMs just line up; no appointment required; just a face mask is required for both.

The guard shakes his head if you reason out with him. I am banking for the company. I was on queue on line but anyway went to the regular line and it seems faster! As for today, I am on regular line but when I complain to him that I did the online thing he just walk away, not hearing what I wanted to say nor the Manager!

The bank should review there peak times and have more customer retention services, nobody knows how much loss in business!

I want to thank FIDO here! My entire business with FIDO was 26$ per month, but when I switched from FIDO they called me several times asking why are you leaving! Here in TD, my business was about 6500$ per month and they didn't even notice when I closed my accounts due to their irresponsible behavior. They keep putting the blame on others!

Terrible customer service when you line up and login with your phone you can't even go in because there's two lines. Even though I'm number 1 on the line each branch is different as well there is no consistency. Tellers tell me to go to the mobile line but security tells me not to enter super confusing definitely need a better system.

Oh my goodness, the staff at this branch are complete tools. I went in to update my banking details for my credit card and mortgage. They were adamant they couldn't do it and told me I had to do it over the phone. They were quite rude. Got back to the office and called the bank, guess what? You have to do it int he branch. I wish I'd noticed what their names were, totally incompetent, and we trust these guys with our money?

I closed my account here back in '08 for the following reason: I had been working for the same company for several years, when suddenly they started putting a 5-day hold on my paycheques. I asked them why, as I had never brought them a bad cheque or had any other issues. They said it was a new policy. I asked if they could make an exception one time as my rent cheque would bounce otherwise, but they wouldn't.
So, if you are living paycheque-to-paycheque, and want to have your hard-earned money withheld from you and be treated like a criminal, this is the bank for you!

I just wanted to write a quick note saying that I had a great experience with one of your tellers today. There was a small mistake that had been made on an earlier visit and they went above and beyond to solve for it.

On May 21 2020 I deposited $700 (new $20 bills) into the ATM inside on the left. The machine gave me a $280.00 deposit slip printout. I went inside to have a manager look into this as I was crying and upset. I have been with them for 3 years. The teller deposited $420 into my account. I had a portion to pay of my overdraft. I was told they would open an investigation. May 25 2020 $420 was withdrawn from my account. I went in and spoke to them and they said my claim was denied. I asked for a sit down with the management and did not get that. Please do not load new bills into their ATM machine! I have not received any emails, calls or anything from them. I did get a email from the TD obudsman asking me to sign papers so they investigate my claim and I am to accept their final decision. I am on disability and $300 was from the extra money from the government for people on disability. It was taken from me. I contacted the MLA, financial services, TD Bank fraud department (supposed claim that does not exist), news, complaint department, etc. No one will listen Where is video of me putting money in? Where is the $420 that exceeded the ATM machine funds for May 21 2020. Even if you need service, do not use their atm, watch your bank statements and consider changing banks please.

I just realized that TD is the worst bank! It is understandable that they are trying to avoid large crowds so they have this queueing system online due to COVID-19. But really? 2-3 hours in the queue? Don’t they have enough tellers to accommodate transactions? West Georgia branch is more spacious and all compared to other branches, but I don’t see why they don’t maximize their space well enough that physical distancing is still possible without hampering other people’s time.

Moreover, they open at 10 am? I aknowledge the fact that they allot the 1st hour for seniors, but what bank does open at 10 am during the 2nd phase of reopening the economy?

Had the worst experience here today with KRUNAL.

I inquired about setting up check deposits on the app, to which he replied he does not know and it is I'm baffled by his response with zero direction. Moving on from this awkward response, he proceed to take an extra long time to deposit my check. I'm sensing an attitude from him so I requested to speak to a supervisor. He refused and told me to go find him outside. I am in shock at this point and frankly angry how unprofessional he is. I had to ask him to get a manger 7 more times before he finally went and got his manager. This is not something I thought I would ever have to deal with at A BANK.

KRUNAL if you're having a bad day, call in sick next time!

Hope TD can take this feedback and provide better training for their CSR that's lacking CS.

Better than other TD branch’s I’ve been to. Lineup can be long at times with only two tellers working, not sure why but otherwise the service generally is quite good.

Shortage of staff always! Needs better management, looks very unorganized. Bad service, business section is always slower than a long normal line up. Last week I had to wait in a line up to get a draft for more than 30 minutes. Bank looked busy and all the staffs were just walking from one room to the other and there were not much staffs to take care of walking clients. No manager on duty and awful customer service. The only good thing about this brand is their coffee machine to enjoy a sip of coffee while you're waiting in a line up which was broken as always!
Needs better management and more staffs to meet client's needs.
