Absolutely disgusted with the service I received today from Umer altaf. I absolutely cannot believe this person is a supposed professional representing TD. They must have exceptionally low hiring standards. I am in disbelief. I will never return to this branch and I may just quit banking with TD altogether if this is a representation of the people managing my money.

They are twins cancel our appointment.
They are not helpful to getting lone or connect to customer to solve problems.
I didn’t see anything like this in another branch.

The manager is so rude and they don’t know their job and how to behave with customers. The worst branch of TD bank in Vancouver is this one. They need to change the inexpert manager to get more positive reviews.

This branch is the reason why I left TD. There employees and mangers have no education or manners when it comes to banking. I honestly do not understand how this branch is even open.

Raphael is a disgrace to Customer service and the bank. He refuse to help, I had to go to a different branch at Park Royal and get it done.

I’ve worked with all the big banks in the past decades for business and personal and by far this branch of TD is one of the best. I do banking here regularly and never once have I been disappointed. COVID era has been challenging for all but they managed it pretty well. Highly recommend TD over other big banks and specifically this branch is great.

First time ever having a hard time at TD i have been a client for over 20 years. Due to Covid the branch i normally go to was closed ended up going to a Marine branch where they are not familiar with me so service was not super helpful like it normally is: (

Very poor customer service! A personal banker is rude and not helpful at all! I don't know what the bank manager is doing to address the many 1 star reviews and negative comments.

Apparently even if you own your account with two pieces of ID you still can't bank. They are like an online only bank with higher fees.

Worst customer service! Rude and lazy staff members! I asked to transfer my money to different account. Lady told me she can't do it at the till and it's too late, she is closing in 15 minutes. I went to another Td, it took 3.5 minutes at the till.

I do my banking with RBC, but have some products through TD. Have found their staff to be helpful and friendly. The location is clean and updated. Free coffee while you wait, what’s not to like?

No fail. Every.single.time. I wait at least 20 min at the teller. I want to deposit Cheque. Teller is training and don’t know how. So don’t work the teller. I want to deposit cash. The ATM isn’t accepting cash. I wait so long and so many people in front of me leave in frustration. My turn next thinking shouldn’t be any longer. NOPE. I also end up leaving because I will be late for work! Very incompetent slow service. Really brings down the brand of TD

Service for business customers has deteriorated horribly since move to the new branch. Never more than one teller open for business (if you are very lucky). Almost every visit for last years has been a bad experience. Many bad reviews from others too.

1) Why are opening hours at this branch shorter than other branches, which is usually 8am - 8pm, which was one main reason we chose to open our account with TD!
2) There are 4 kiosks, 1 for business accounts and 3 for regular accounts but there always seems to be only 2 people working at one time, even when there is a long line of customers!
3) Why are there always trainees at the front without an accessible supervisor nearby (that is not assisting other customers) that they can ask questions!
4) In other words, you always seem short-staffed!

I have been dealing with this branch for over 15 years previously located in the Norgate Plaza.
They have always been helpful and accommodating. I appreciate the personal bankers going out of their way to make sure I fully understand what I’m investing in and working hard to get me the best rates.

Zero customer service skills. When I needed to replace my card after my wallet was stolen, the supervisor agreed to give me as much cash out of my account as I wanted but wouldn't replace my card because they weren't sure it was me, How does that make sense?

Also, she then summoned her branch manager on her internal messaging system to come out to get involved and instead of introducing himself to me and dealing with the situation, he sat down to the computer beside us and pretended to type so that he could listen in, contributing nothing to the solution. Never even said anything until after I left and they started talking about it.

TD has been my bank for over 20 years and I have never had an experience like this.

I went to the Lonsdale branch and they immediately accommodated me and replaced my card and sent me on my way. Staff there seems to have actual customer service training.
