If I could give zero stars I would, they gave me the wrong routing numbers and swift code, the line for waiting is horrible and long, there should be more tellers working, they barely listen to you. Horrible.

I wanted to give negative stars. They gave me wrong swift code printed on a paper for wire transfer. How could bank could be so irresponsible. Now i have to pay fee again and go through all hastle of doing wire transfer. We trust you guys for providing us with right info but this is really so irresponsible of you guys.

I kindly request to visit an alternative TD branch, as the majority of the staff is friendly and accommodating. However, there is one particular individual named Parm Johal, seated at the back, who exhibited unprofessional behavior during my recent visit. Parm Johal's conduct, including staring in an uncomfortable manner and displaying rudeness, was not in line with the expected standards of customer service. I strongly urge TD to address this issue and provide additional customer service training for Parm Johal. While I appreciate TD reaching out, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to this specific branch in the future. On a positive note, the City Parkway branch offered a significantly different experience with a professional and pleasant atmosphere.

Very rude people specially some girls, they don’t know how to talk with customers, arrogant showing high level of attitude, they don’t even have enough knowledge, they do not understand what you are saying, I spend like 30 minutes talking with them, explaining my issue, but the young girl and the lady didn’t understand and then i prefer to walk away because i think they are just wasting my time. Never coming back on this location again.

Security guard allways sitting and busy in mobile phones. Not helping and not care about manage the line of outside waiting of bank. Need to strict about using phones

This is the home branch I have been a customer for seven years in a row, but today, I felt insulted when the employee sitting beside the cash counter rudely talked to me. She was a middle age woman, and I needed to ask her one question for clarification, but she didn't listen and rudely directed me to line up. This type of customer service I never expected from my branch. Somebody needs to take to her and teach her manners. Very bad services

Least qualified people working here. Mortgage specialist have bad communication skills and their knowledge about financing/legal requirements is absolute zero.

Managers don’t follow their own policy, but the TD down 120st does. Feels like the employees there don’t trust their customers, treat all as one I guess. Poor management.

Very bad customer service, big line-ups outside, long wait. There is shortage of staff. However, there is a young security guard who is very polite and professional. I have noticed from the line he was managing the big line ups and was providing customer service rather than the bank employees. I really felt bad for him doing bank work rather than security. Overall, very bad Bank. Don't go there, go to Delta location they are much better.

Rude personnel. I got a voicemail telling me to come to the bank yesterday. I went there and it was written closed. It was only 4.30pm. Unprofessional. They could have atleast told me to come another day.

This branch is worse I have ever seen manager is rudest lady I ever saw. Multiple times she just said things which never came true. Overall TD bank responded to COVID 19 is worse. They have longest line outside their branches as there phone support system is down. The gave Mortgage for home, now I went for deferral they said it's not mortgage its flexi line. There is list of complaints to go on and on. I am going shift some other bank soon

I was in the other day to talk about accounts and stuff in general. I didnt have appointmnet, just walked in and spoke to the greeter at receptions. I met an Financial advisor named Dennison Singh. He greeted me politely and made me comfortable. He asked for my id, and then updated things on my accounts. I had wanted some investment options, Dennis showed me some term deposit which pays minimal interests, then stock mutual fund solutions which at first was a little confusing, but then he got some papers and started writing and drawing and explained things & made it very simple for me to understand, Dennis showed me some graphs which made sense and explained how mutual fund stocks work in the long run. He seemed very adaptable to my questions and his explanation is top notch, very honest, he knows investments well, and if something he doesn't know he will be upfront and honest and tell you he doesnt have the information on hand but he take his time and found out information emailed me back in 2 days to address my questions. I was with this guy for approx over an hour but the discussions made sense to me and now I think I can make some decisions in my life.

The manager named Harvey at this location yelled at my dad infront of everyone and i wonder on what grounds he’s a manager if he has no manners to treat a senior citizen.it was just a simple question about the ids and this manager “HARVINDER”, wanna be HARVEY () has no etiquettes whatsoever. And instead of apologizing for his behaviour when i told him to watch his words, he threw tantrums. What the hell is going on at TD i wonder and definitely telling all my family members and relatives to take away their business somewhere else where atleast senior citizen are respected.

The level of service provided by one of your tellers was appalling. I personally do not find it funny when thousands of dollars are being charged to your account and you would like the matter investigated. Teller by the name of K***at should either 1) be trained to provide professional service 2) not work in the industry. The Customer Service Manager was great when he had to step in but the teller really really needs to learn how to talk to people - I have never been so disgusted in my life - just because you work at a bank doesn’t mean you know all. Unprofessional and rude - hope I never see you again.

The lady on business counter is so aggresive nd rude i came this location today around 5: 30 she don’t know what’s customer service i want to pay my credit bill from my saving i have two saving account one personal and i one with my wife she didn’t ask me from which account i want to pay nd she paid my bill from sharing saving account she just said bye nd move from here VERY DISAPPIONTED never coming to this location this bank is close to my house but i’m going to 120th 80ave one they guys are awesome and best cistomer service
