I met that woman too. Sent me away when I just wanted to open a stock account with $1000. I went with crypto instead and couln't be happier witj doge.

Highly unimpressed. The manager called over to assist with my problems was the most unprofessional woman I have ever met in my entire life. Asking me the same question over and over again with such attitude. Her staff absolutely loved it when I stood up for myself and called her out.
Also, take your mask off if I am saying I cannot hear you. "I can't take it off sir" - absolutely ridiculous.

I was growing a small business, buying rental properties and investing for a number of years, when finally I felt that I was not getting the service I needed. I asked twice from my previous credit union to assist me with me growing business and they denied me any special treatment. Since moving my business, mortgages and investments to TD Bank I have felt much more confidence in my financial future. Also - everyone at this branch specifically, is always super knowledgeable, helpful and kind. 5 stars for sure!

Terrible customer service. Snotty responses from the person answering calls (a young woman). How they keep customers there is beyond me.

I am a new immigrant to Canada and Vancouver specifically. I chose this brand because it is close to Canada Service Centre. Given that everything was a whole brand new thing from the culture, people and banking industry obviously, I informed the associate very clearly and assumed that I would have been given the details for my service (Banking account opening). There has been so many issues so far
1. On the day of opening the account, I was only given one option and was advised it was the best for a newcomer. I would trust them completely.
2, A while ago I received an email from TD bank and got to know that they actually had a better promotion. I, therefore, called TD line and got to speak to another associate who honestly confirmed to me that I should have not received that email since I had been placed under the very first promotion mentioned above. However, he suggested me book an appointment at the same branch and asked to be switched to the better one which was reasonable.
3. I followed his instructions and met with another associate on one Saturday who then again confirmed that I should have been introduced to that better promotion. She then agreed to check with the back office team/campaign team about the possibility to have me switched to the better one and she promised that she would get back next week latest by Friday which she did not until the following Saturday after I had sent out a follow up email.
After that, a few more times when I contacted TD bank for updated information about my account and I spoke to 3 different associates who all gave me mismatched info. Since TD bank is one of the "Big Five" banks in Canada so I truly expected to experience another kind of service level.
