Inexperienced, young personnel after hours in supervisor positions. Do not have the training necessary to adequately perform the roles they are put in. I have no confidence in this branch.

Amir is hands down the best advisor I’ve ever dealt with. He helped me save a lot of money by making some changes to my account and explained everything very thoroughly! Despite the traffic this branch has, he’s always polite, energetic and smiles all the time!

Visiting Td Bank in Lonsdale frequently for my daily banking, I just wanted to appreciate Yasamin who is super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Due to her fantastic recommendations, I have transferred my investments from other institutions to TD Bank and I can not be more satisfied and happy with her service and the time she has been always spending to explain everything properly.

I really upset about my last visit TD bank at Lonsdale ave yesterday. I stayed in line for 20 min, and their supervisor, Cyres, didn't take my deposit! Because I had some. He said; big lineup here, I will not take your deposit! I ask him to take at least one, but he said NO! Very rude and racist behavior.
Never happened with other staff.

I had the worst experience going to TD Canada o Lonsdale. They just don’t know what they are talking about. I was going to withdraw the draft for my property but they still tend to hold the money I explained many times to (Sara and Tahmineh), my recommendation for all customers is never to open an account with TD bank because they don't have any experience? Never TD

I had a problem with my account, ị went to branch Td Lonsdale the teller didn't know how to fix it I was asking them for the manager to make a solution she was named Sara unfortunately, she doesn’t have any experience, I think she needs more training also she so angry

I had the worst experience going to TD Canada on Lonsdale. They just don’t know what they are talking about. I was going to deposit a cheque from a company that I’m been getting paid from since beginning of 2022 but they still tend to hold my cheques. I took the cheque to a different location, and I had no problem depositing it. Either close this location for sake of good or train your employees proper. Worse TD Canada location ever. Please be carful when you open an account at this location.

Every organization becomes more popular with good employees in the customer service department, and good employees in the customer service department are a mirror that shows a good image of the whole organization. It was the second time I had the honor of going to the TD bank North vancouver and by chance my job was done by Mr. Sean.
He is very polite, kind, committed and responsible, with a lot of patience and perseverance, he did a lot for me, and I realized that TD Bank is the best bank because of a good and worthy employee like Mr. Sean. Thank you

The td central branch is a busy branch, though the staff and management team are always professional, helpful, and friendly. They have guided me with easy transactions to complex ones. I appreciate how they always put customers experience first.definitely recommend this bank and especially this branch.

Disgusting can not get through on the phone or through web accounts. Hopefully this will not continue after covoid 19. I am concerned this will become the new normal s businesses will continue to short staff Try adding more phone, text or email staff.

Although staff and management are very nice and welcoming, I will never recommend the bank to anyone. Having all sorts of accounts with TD for all the members of my family for quite a long time and being a very good customer. Now that I need financial support to be able to finish the renovations, TD is not helping at all. So far, I did not need that much support from them. I am sorry that we had to apply for a loan at a different bank and it is amazing that we still can get support from them without even having an account. What is the point of keeping our accounts with a bank which would leave us high and dry when needed? I am sorry for the waste of time to build good credit with TD.

Deposited check. Said four business days. What they do not inform you of, is that the first business day doesn't count, and you'll get the funds at 11: 59: 59 of the last business day.

I've been a member since I was 4 and still have active accounts with you. Just went in to get rid of some change for bills but because I don't have my bank card on me and apparently my number on file is different they can't do it?

It keeps getting worse and worse for simple everyday things.

I absolutely luv this td.they are always friendly.literally i have not had one teller or banker be rude or stare at me as if i am up to no good.im not exactly the most "normally" dressed person.pretty punk rock.have 3 metal studs pierced into my face next to my eye.always listening to my music on my headphones at a very ear damaging volume.mind u, if im in line i won't be rude and subject others to my own personal musical taste so I will turn it down.but i'll keep it at my preferred volume for a quick run to the ATM. OMG I'm so off topic here.sorry.anyhow.they go out of their way to make sure i understand everything.im not (at least i wasn't) that great with online banking.another bank just threw me a temporary password and gave me there web address and assumed i could figure it out.i tried to express how unsure of myself that i'd be able to figure it out at home on my own but they obviously aren't that good at reading people.at td they took me to an office and walked through the whole process with me & had me set up my own password so everything would go smoothly for me at home.every single time that im unsure of something (I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed) they can already read it on my face and quickly jump into an explanation without letting me have to feel silly & asking them to dumb things down for me.
