I just witnessed the most annoying person (customer) today. She was rude and Arguing with staff saying “ you have to listen to customer”, “you work for me” and bringing up one of the employee’s mother into the conversation. Honestly kudos to all the staff for being super patient with that person. People need to realize that customer service and respect is a two-way street.

I go here all the time, nice customer service like any other TD bank location.beautiful exterior, and tons of open space inside.

Edit: I guess if you are doing more than just withdrawing and depositing you're gonna have a hard time. But that's what I only do, so no problems here

Horrible. This branch doesn't get back to you when you leave a message. Also, they, along with the investment branch, lost one of my RRSP accounts and it took 2 days of calling before I could track it down and figure out what happened to it. Someone had randomly shut it down. I'm moving all of my funds out of TD Canada Trust. This wasn't the first time I had been given the run around from investment services but it is definitely the last.

Horrible service, Martin Man does not know or care how his staff treat customers. The branch has lost cheques that belong to me also have at times forgotten to deposit the cheques when they had to be deposited. Never a sincere apology or written apology. Tempted to leave the branch and find another bank.p

Just an update as of October 9,2018 Martin Man and his staff made a kind gesture toward my wife and I. I now am happy to continue my business with them.

Update as of Dec 3,2018 Martin Man and his staff again failed to deposit rental cheques. I had to call TD and remind them myself at 12: 32pm. Again manager and staff do not pay attention to service. Going to talk to my representative at TD Wealth and see what I can do about moving to a different bank.
