TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Have problems at this bank everytime I visit, but hey its penticton so it's normal for a business of this nature not to function. Also very disrespectful, shame on you lady's you have 1 job.

It's nice the drive through atm never works and you can't use the one inside if not open.
I just wasted a half-hour of my life.

Says open till 6pm today! Was closed by 4pm! Was a customer because of the hours of service now bank is causing issues with random hours!

WORST ATM’S KNOWN TO EXIST. Out of the 50+ times I’ve tried to use any of the three atms at this branch, 35 out or 50 times it was out of order. The people that work at the branch are entirely clueless with regards to the atm’s and calling the 1-800 number leaves me feeling like I’ve wasted my time and breath. Seriously reconsidering opening an account with or using this branch, if you actually want to be able to withdraw money when you need it.

Indoor atms only available during business hours. Drive thru atm never accepts deposits. Will be switching banks

15years i ve been with td bank. I remember the reason why I ve decided to open an account with them! OPEN 7/7, and since 2020 I live in osoyoos and realize that in the weekend penticton branch is close. I guess they don't care anymore about people like me that work 5/7 8am to 5h30pm, the only branch open for me is 1h45 min drive.

Locking your doors to ATM by 5 pm in the middle of the week is ridiculous! Some people needed to work! Your drive thru ATM is out of service or not accepting deposits ect. Time to open back to regular hours like the rest of the world. Definitely thinking of keeping my cash else where with better access.

Just went to deposit cash after a long day at work for a bill that's due tomorrow morning and as usual the drive through ATM isn't working AND the doors to the atms in the lobby is locked with a note "sorry to our customers for the inconvenience". I'm done being apologized to for their inconveniences, I'm opening a new account somewhere else and cancelling my useless td account with its 'way too high' bank fees. If you're thinking about opening an account there, dont bother. You cant deposit or withdraw cash 99% of the time if you work during their store hours.

I have dealt with Dale Polychroniou at this branch on numerous occasions and always received great and timely service. Would recommend TD to anyone

The drive through ATM machine is VERY frequently out of service. Sometimes for days and days at a time. Then the two indoor ATM machines are always locked after hours.so you are completely out of luck being that the only other TD bank in town machines are also always locked after hours and has no drive through or other option. So that’s is extremely disappointing and unreliable for me as a customer. Back when I first decided to bank with TD I thought TD was known to be the most convenient, user friendly bank with easy access. But unfortunately that is no longer the case what so ever.very annoying. (Fix ur atm td)!

I work.they cut hours and no longer open weekends. Plus machines closed same ridiculous time as bank at 4 pm. How am i supposed to bank

I couldn't deposit my check in TD machine. I understand you all want 1st of January 2020 off but machines can work 24h 7 days a week this is why we have them so people can have days off on New Years Day.
Or the machines need day off too?

Atm is constantly broken or out of service.then you go inside the bank after hours and its locked. Now this is why we have atm so after hours I can get money thru my bank who I pay fees too. But never seems to have it fixed. I should have a right to my money. And it's getting redicoulous

Always received quick and convenient service when getting foreign currencies or opening up a new account

They use to have good hours and good staff, it doesn't feel like that anymore. The older tellers that retired will be missed the staff turnover is a issue. I've waited over 30 minutes it's a numbing experience at times.

I had a account since i was 16 years old and they still taking great care of me there i love this bank!
