Did a professional replacement of a section of hardwood. Showed up with all the tools and knowledge. He was also friendly with my obnoxious dog.

Edit: after a few weeks the railing has been repaired and after a few days everything still works well. I appreciate the company finally acknowledging their issues with scheduling and coming back and fixing the problem.
They resurfaced my old oak floors and installed a new hardwood staircase with railing. The floors look great but the railing has disconnected from the wall where it was glued to the wall. It is so wobbly! Terrible safety hazard and I have a small baby at home. My husband and I tried calling them and sent emails - no reply still!

Ryan did a wonderful job installing our kitchen flooring; helping us out on very short notice. Professional, courteous, and precise. The floor looks terrific. We liked Ryan's work so much we want to bring Ryan and TDI in to install flooring throughout the rest of our house when we start the project to replace our carpeting. Jenny and David.

I called 2 weeks ago and someone supposed to show up and give me a quote and look at the shower room and nobody showed up. Later I called and left a voice message and eventually someone called and said that he would show up at my place this morning and I woke up just for him and then I read a text message was to tell me that he could not show up because he was sick yesterday. Then I asked him when he could show up and he said that if I were to call someone else to look at the job which I didn't even say that. I said that if he could come here to look at the job involved as soon as he can and I have got nothing but discouragement. I guess that he thought that he would just get away with one excuse after another and nobody would realize or complain about it. I think that the company employees don't take anyone seriously to give any quote. I would not recommend this company.

Fir floor restoration: Not only did Kelley, Micheal and the TDI crew walk us through this renovation with patience, care, and individualized service, but our restored floors are just absolutely breathtaking! I would recommend TDI Flooring Inc for any and all of your flooring needs. They have our continued business for sure! Next up. KITCHEN!:)

The fir floors in my 1912 house bedrooms, hallways and staircase were so beat up with wear and tear over the years. But, after sanding and finishing, they came out looking so bright and new-looking, which I was hoping for, and I'm grateful that the crew was able to deliver that beautiful outcome. That outcome made the sander noise and dust worth it. Kelly was wonderful to deal with, and was my main influence in going with TDI after she initially came to take floor measurements. Rob did an excellent job on 3 doorway transitions by matching the wood to the rooms amazingly well!

Outstanding craftsmen and really good people. We have had wood floors installed into three of our bedrooms and kitchen.

First of all Kelley and her crew is absolutely the best. Thank you Steve for putting everything together on a floor that was on its last sanding and when this floor is done we will definetly call TDI flooring to install the new floor.

I was extremely pleased with the service and quality of work that TDI provided. Kelly was a great communicator and she was able to work with our schedule of other work being done in the home. We hired TDI to refinish and stain our old hardwood floors. They were very pleasant to work with and cared about the quality of their work. They did a great job and I would be happy to recommend this company!

As a commercial construction site superintendent and hobbyist furniture maker I feel like I am VERY picky with not only the trades I choose but am very specific with my expectations. Steve, Kelly and the entire TDI Flooring team far exceeded my standards. From my first phone call to Steve it was instantly obvious that he had a very strong knowledge of the flooring trade and the nuances of our particular type of floor. Our home had a traditional top nail red oak floor with walnut inlay, and with the addition we put on the house we wanted the new to match the old. Although I personally laid the new floor, since it was raw oak it required finishing, and the entire rest of the space required refinish. (this process involved setting thousands of nails, multiple sandings, fillers and numerous sealer/top coats, as well as working around many cast iron radiators). The team refinished it perfectly. The two floors match seamlessly. They presented various different options for finishes and were willing to do anything to ensure we were happy with the product and its durability. The field crew, including Kelly the lead hand was courteous, kind and professional. I could honestly have not asked for a better result.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC customer service and EXPERT hard wood installation and issues resolution skills. Steve and Matt worked diligently and tirelessly to address hardwood flooring issues that presented after we had new hardwood floors installed. Their troubleshooting skills and vast experience allowed for a resolution that made us as owners very pleased. We had been dealing with trying to get our flooring issues resolved for a long time since the original installation and TDI was able to trouble shoot the issues and complete appropriate repairs within a couple of days. EXCELLENT service and experience!

Steve and his team did a great job installing the floor, paid a lot of attention to the small details (mouldings on the trim and transition strips at interfaces with adjacent flooring systems) and provided a very friendly service. Product was installed with no surprises or hidden costs, we were kept up to date on how work was progressing and they answered any questions we had. Overall, very happy with the staff and the end product.
