Team Léo, specifically Léo and Matt were extremely helpful to me during my buying journey. I was committed to buying in North Vancouver and they spent 6 months patiently with me during my search between 2020 and 2021, finding me many listings that fit my criteria and offering up incredible expertise that I valued as a first time buyer.

My realtor Yana is not only experienced, professional and knowledgeable, but she also went above and beyond for helping me find a condo. During the process, we looked over more than 30-40 properties together, and she was patient and drove me around for each viewing which spanned over multiple weeks. During each viewing she paid close attention to details of the house, pointing things out as to new buildings that can obstruct the view of a property, to the potential risk of window being not up to date within condo board. As I was closing on my house, I had dealt with multiple issues from price negotiation to my banking agent not being able to deliver financing approval in the tight time window, and in all cases she mitigated these issues calmly within a high stress environments and talked to each person involved in the party. She also is very resourceful, and has suggested me with amazing notary and inspection services, which all went smooth sailing. There were several small issues with the properties I purchased such as the sink leaking and the fridge ice breaker broken, and she was able to convince the seller to get these fixed upon inspection. After closing, we realized that the carpet was slightly stained and was covered up by the staging furniture, and the shower handle was broken, and she covered the cost of fixing those issues. She also gave us an amazing gift basket that had plenty of things to start a home (such as wines, snacks, cheese, plants, etc). I would highly recommend her as your next realtor and she will mitigate all of your headache and make sure you are happy with your home purchase!

After a 30 year history of using only discount realtors, my parents decided to hire Team Leo for selling our house and buying a newer one, and we are extremely impressed with the difference in quality of service! At every stage of the process, they made sure that everyone was comfortable with what was happening and were completely honest and open about everything, from prices to expectations and effort involved.

From pricing our house correctly to researching prospective new houses, Ron was always fully prepared with answers to questions we hadn't even thought to ask yet. Leo even went the extra mile to notice that the staging aspect was stressing my parents out, and stepped in to personally help us remove spare furniture without us having to worry about hiring a company to do it. Matt stepped in and helped us make some very easy improvements to our house which made a big difference, and everyone from the team was always on top of answering emails, questions, etc.

We ended up selling our house over asking price in ONE WEEK which has NEVER happened before, for our family in 30 years with 5 houses we sold with discount realtors. This was in part due to Team Leo helping us step up to ensure the house was only listed when it was prepared to be listed, and NOT trying to list it as soon as possible just to secure the listing, like a lot of other realtors do. They were also great with helping us find our new home, paying attention to our likes/dislikes and helping us focus on what was important; at no point did they try to push us into writing an offer on something we did not completely love. Other realtors might try to just get rid of you as fast as possible - not the case at all here, and we notice and we appreciate it.

While the moving process will never be entirely stress free, there were so many little things that Team Leo stepped in to do which other realtors did not - actually reading the strata minutes, helping us book an inspector on short notice, bringing masks, gloves, and sanitizer EVERYWHERE (selling during a pandemic is possible) and providing recommendations to various other service providers.

Think of hiring Team Leo instead of a discount realtor as buying a good quality pair of sneakers, instead of a $10 pair from Payless Shoes - you get so much more support, comfort, the shoes were made with lots of experience with longevity in mind, and Team Leo continues to answer our questions even after the deal firmed up - we do not take this for granted!
