Very unprofessional, avoid at all costs. They manage our townhouse complex and its falling apart. Double standards of work they allow the maintenance company to illegally dump landscaping waste into the neighboring city park, they neglect 20% of the neighborhood and if you speak out the strata trys to extort you somehow. Council members are racist and combative and residents believe they are skimming money

Book them! Had chubby cheeks face painting come to my babies 1st birthday it was a huge hit! The woman who came was so fun, kind and great with kids! I would strongly recommend this for any parties!

WITHOUT PREUDICE:
If you believe that within a council strata who"s council is made up of mostly non qualified people, who rely solely on their strata council management maintenance companies for guidance and ability to provide fully qualified sub contractors to work on their clients behalf, and to vet the best price and use due diligence in gathering that information, TEAM WORK MAINTNENACE have failed massively. They appointed THEIR choice of garage door repair company, to completely re install a brand new door, when, had they given themselves a few minutes to google, would have known the original door manufacture whilst having gone into liquidation, had in fact been repurchased, and kept on those doors and spares, at a fraction of the cost, they charged for new install. I dont have an issue with the door repairer, he simply took the PO from TEAMWORK, yet TEAMWORK should have done their homework and worked out the best route of solving the issue. If TEAMWORK cannot invest time in obtaining enough information to resolve clients problems, they are simply a cash collecting company, and nothing more. If there were a -20 score for this outfit I would have given it, as it is my advice would be BUYER BEWARE IN ALL ISSUES.

Once again they ignore you.nobody knows what is going on.they do not know that you do not get your check.alway have to get council to deal with it.they will be gone soon. AVOID THESE PEOPLE

I have lived in a complex managed by Teamwork for the past 14 years. During this time my opinion of Teamwork has changed. Initially, the agent and the overall service were very good to excellent. Since the acquisition by a much larger company, there has been a decline in the quality of the services provided.

Council should not waste time with this company. They are extremely unorganized! Management is nonexistent. There is zero accountability. Do not engage! They will not offer you any guidance when ask. They could not help with a simple maintenance plan. The manger didn’t know how to handle a minor a vehicle impact claim. I personally would recommend switching company’s asap and definitely would not recommend signing a new contract with them.
