Teamworks Physiotherapy Chiropractic and Massage

My daughter and I both are seeing Josh, He is an amazing physiotherapist, he knows exactly what is going on once you describe your pain/problems and after the assessment. He also teaches yoga, he combines exercises and yoga stretches that make the progress of healing, easing the pain much faster. We definitely, highly recommend Josh to everyone!

Ann Izard is a wizard…although her last name doesn’t rhyme with wizard…
She has been my go to chiropractor and “physio” for at least 10 years and probably more.
I’ve tried others = when she was on maternity leave, travelling and after her move away from Burnaby.
No one else has been able to solve my movement and range of motion issues as quickly and competently. She definitely gives 5 star treatment. Thank you Ann. I now travel into Vancouver to her “new” offices.

Josh is a great physiotherapist. I came in with ergonomic issues and a small stress injury, and he worked with me on getting relief in sessions and building up exercises to strengthen where needed. He was knowledgeable and straightforward and very good at answering questions! I feel better equipped to address my ongoing physio needs and am confident I can return as needed.

The teamworks office is a good spot as well - nicely laid out and well equipped facility.

Lesley Cuddington, my PT knows her craft well! She is so keen in helping me plan for my disability rehab. She thinks of diverse possible means to help me go through the process of getting better.

I would say the same to Foster who is my RMT.

It is also a plus that they work either very early or very late which helped me in arranging my schedule.

Vivian was absolutely amazing, caring and, informative. I will definitely be seeing her again.

Peter is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Front desk staff are also friendly. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Joanna MacDonald was fantastic. And Lesley Cuddington as well. One session of dry needling and I haven’t felt this good in a month.

I went for physiotherapy today with Josh who was very thorough and attentive during my initial assessment, answering any questions I had and making sure I understood the nature of how/why certain movements cause pain. I forgot to wear shorts and they supplied me with a pair I could wear for the appointment. I left with a simple, clear plan and will be back weekly to continue! The gym is well equipped and facility is clean. I only gave 4 stars because it’s a very busy and bright waiting area with the medical clinic sharing space with Teamworks.

They suck and need to update their website. It’s bush league here. Anywhere else is better.

Josh has a lot of knowledge, he has been so helpful with my rehabilitation, from manual therapy to dry needling, and following step by step with my recovery using exercises for muscle endurance around my injures, I am happy and thankful for his help in this journey.

I've been seeing Josh regularly for a few months for a concussion and he's been great, extremely knowledgable and was great with all head/neck related symptoms I was having, fully recovered with his help!

I get chiropractic treatment from Dr. Ann Izard on a semi regular basis. Dr. Izard has been treating me for years back from when she was working in Burnaby. My family has followed her to the Teamworks clinic. I have also been treated by Dr. Joanna MacDonald at this clinic. She has rescued me a few times in the absence of Dr. Izard. They are both exceptional and really take the time to listen to your needs and issues. I highly recommend this clinic for the best Chiropractic care and the 2 best Chiropractors in the lower mainland.

I had a back injury and found Josh at teamworks physio online. As soon as I entered the office I felt very comfortable. Josh was approachable, informative, and very qualified. We went through numerous approaches to my injury; such as massage, manual manipulation, acupuncture, and exercise. I felt very fortunate with my healing throughout all of my visits and will continue to see Josh down the road.

Joanna has been helping me with my back and neck pain for a few years right now. I've since moved out to Port Moody but I'm still willing to drive out here for my adjustments. Friendly staff and great location too, would recommend!
