My first time here and the staff acknowledged you as soon as you walk in the door. Very friendly, professional and clean. I was watching closely how they were sanitizing. Will definitely be back to see Lisa!

Absolutely amazing nails! Got this super cool design done, they happily helped to fix some problems I had with my nails from a previous salon. Great place if you're looking for a good set, a nice design, and kind & helpful artists.

I tried so many nail places but never get satisfied with anyone's nail work.
But whenever I tried Tech nails I always got super happy with there work. Amazing place to get beautiful Amazing nails done.
All girls are good but this time I get my nails done with Sally she amazed me with her beautiful work. She listens you properly and gives her 100% to make her clients feel satisfied and happy. I'll never go anywhere else back. Just Tech nails

Great at getting a last min appointments, very friendly and easy to communicate with. Prices are fair and they go above and beyond with their pedicures! (Amazing value!) Only thing that needs improvement is the clutter and upkeep, cleanliness is a little questionable. Could use a modern update inside.

Bad service and take 3 to 4 hrs to finish their job. They did my friend's nails while I was there waiting for her, the lady left more than five times taking more than half an hour to do other clients nails. If you are busy do not except appointments we can go somewhere else. Do better

I’m not one to leave poor reviews, everyone has off days, but after giving this place two chances to correct a really basic acrylic fill with one colour polish, combined with the attitude they had surrounding fixing it, I’m left rather speechless.

Booked in for 5: 15, was not taken until 5: 40. It was a basic acrylic full that usually takes 45 minutes anywhere else and it took about two hours here. Seemed overbooked and the technician rushed through my fill, also left me half way through for about 20 minutes while she fixed a walk in who had a broken nail. By the time we were finished my polish was blotchy and really messy, my cuticles had flecks gel polish cured on and no effort was made to tidy up the work. Came back the next day to ask for a refund after realizing how bad they really looked and was denied. They said they would reapply the polish and they did a tidier job but the tech told me I was good to go once the UV lamp turned off and returned to another customer. She made no effort to check that my nails were actually finished or apply a cuticle oil after having used the drill over them and roughing them up quite heavily. When I realized two of my nails hadn’t had long enough to cure- the gel has no shine and is left really sticky to the touch.

These are some of the most disappointing nails I’ve ever had; especially considering they charged 50$ and I’m now having to go get them replaced elsewhere.

Sally does excellent manicures and I often go back to her for maintenance and new looks. Cindy her pedi with nail design along with the best foot massage - I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep!

Always treated like royalty. Never unhappy before I leave. Always amazing work. Very talented technicians. Pedicures are the best. They take their time and I never feel rushed. Always smells nice and clean. Friendly and helpful.

Sally is amazing. She is gentle and kind, she takes the time necessary to pamper you whether it's a manicure or pedicure. Personally, it's such a wonderful experience that I drive 5 cities away to come get my nails done by her! I promise you will not regret it!

They were very busy. Did a good job. Actually most thorough mani pedi I have had. One star negative because the place was not very clean. But noticed the equipment was sanitized.

Worst experience ever. Will never visit this place again. They took 3 hours to finish mani pedi. Not only 1 designated person. They had more appointments booked than they could handle. Technicians were rushing making money n not giving satisfactory experience. Technician cut my cuticle that it was bleeding severely. This place gave me bad headache.

Honestly didn’t have high hopes when I walked in. The smell of chemicals hit me in the face the second I opened the door. I sat for a while waiting for my appointment to start. And when I did I was traded off a few times to different employees. The Colour I picked didn’t look like the one I given, she assured me it was.
The polish looks like it was done by a 6 year old, polish all over my skin no effort to make it looks nice. Dents in the polish bumps looks extremely bad. But honestly don’t even want to come back to re do it.
Will not be returning.

I went to tech nails about four days ago with my friend we got are eyelashes done I only brush them when I wake up I also haven’t showered with them and for this much lash to fall out in 4 days is crazy I have heard great things about the extensions but I’m extremely disappointed

The service was amazing starting from the owner I am visiting from Washington S. T where I have my nail tech I use on the regular, I’ve tried a couple of places here in Vancouver but no luck until today. My pedicure was beyond relaxing they actually took their time with me. Trish the mail technician was so enjoyable to talk to and super professional. My daughters had there nails done as well we all felt pampered and at home, it’s hard to find a good nail place but this is it. Great prices and beautiful work I will 100% come back. Thank you

This is by far the best place to get any service done. All the girls are so nice and prices are reasonable. They do an amazing job, Trish is very talented!

First time getting a Mani/Pedi and it was a great experience! The ladies were all so lovely and friendly - very good at what they do! I'll be back when I'm back in the area!

I've booked my appointment online and my times have always been honored. The longest I've had to wait is 15 minutes.

My nails always come out beautiful. I have had 2 nails break on me, but after they were repaired I had no further issues. They repaired my broken nails at no extra charge.

I came across this place because my RMT is in the complex. Both times I’ve been, the staff have been professional and super sweet.

I have gone to sooo many places for pedicures and this place is the best. I live in Surrey and I will make the drive out to Langley to have my pedicure done from here.

Shellac pedicure with paraffin and hot stones for $45! They take their time with the service and everything is so clean.

It truly is a spa experience.

They were so busy when I came in for my 11: 15 appointment. They sat me in a pedicure chair and the person began removing the polish off my nails. She took 45 mins just to remove my polish. It then took almost 2 hours to paint a simple design on my nails. The person doing my nails at one point walked away and began working on another client. Once they were done the person just walked away and began working on another client again. I had to ask to be checked out. After the 2.5 hours of sitting in the shop they charged me double what my usual place charged and my gel nails chipped the next day. I will not be coming back.

I don’t remember the name of the person who done my nails but she done such a great job. I love my nails.

I have come here quite a few times, I’ve gotten a full body wax here and no cleanliness prep was done on me before waxing i left with really bad burns and patches of hair that weren’t taken off.

Last weekend I came in for a fill and pedicure took 20 minutes for me to get seated, didn’t get started on until 40 minutes after my appointment time.my fill was just coloured acrylic no polish besides top coat and it took 2 hours.i was told it would only take 1.5 hours for what i booked i got there at 2: 30pm didn’t leave until 6: 15pm- many walk ins came in and got dealt with before me even though I had booked an appointment.

When booking i also asked for regular pedicure with gel polish i ended up getting the hot stones and deluxe without asking and when i said i didn’t want that service she still proceeded and i was charged and extra $30 on my bill for something i didn’t ask for

I got my lashes and nails done here yesterday for the first time. Absolutely love my service and a great value. Very friendly and professional employees. Just good vibes all around. Will be come here from now on. Thank you Amy, Tina and Trish. <3

I cannot say enough good things about Tech Nails. I found them after I moved to Langley Nov 2020 and have been more than impressed with every visit. I get acrylic nails done with fills every 3 weeks. They never lift, and honestly I could go every 4 weeks if my job didnt require nails to be kept shorter. The attention to every little detail is amazing - they really work to make sure your service is perfect and you are happy with the results. Every other salon Ive been too rushes through and does fills in 30-45 mins and I can always find mistakes and flaws. Tech Nails takes the time to do it right and a fill takes between 1-1.5hrs depending on nail shape/design/etc and I literally never find a single flaw. They do their best to accomodate last minute appointments. They can get quite busy, but they are always super apologetic for any delays, and when it comes down to it, they are worth it! I will never go anywhere else!

This was a really horrible experience.
Never had my nails done before. (Nail bitter) I am going to a wedding and I wanted nice nails. Never coming back. Arrived and had to wait so long despite having an appointment. They hardly paid attention to me, talked around me and were so rushed. The nails are so messy and rough, plus I was left bleeding. Furthermore, I had gone in with my sister, who did get nice nails, a arms and hand massage and more. I was shocked! Do not go here! It's a waste of your money for the wait times and poor quality.

I didn’t get in the chair for my appointment until 40 minutes after the time i booked for. Feet got burnt by the paraffin wax that they put on without asking me if i wanted it. The next day my feet are red and mildly blistered.

My daughter now has bright red feet and blistering all over her heels.not only is she now in terrible pain- but i had to pay an insane amount of money just for them to burn my child. DO NOT GO HERE!

I've been coming here for over 2 years and I love it! They always do such an amazing job. Definitely recommend tech nails to everyone who takes pride in having their nails done. ️

Staff are super kind, friendly and thoughtful. My pedicurist checked in several times regarding my comfort with water tempurature and pressure of massage and tool use. The salon itself is large, bright, and tidy, and there is a big selection of regular and shellac colors. Will definitely be returning

Highly recommend. From the experience of someone who hasn’t gotten her nails done in over a year.
I will breakdown my experience in three parts:

Customer Service:
Every person there was very nice. They let me enjoy some silence while experiencing the massage chair but engaged when they were doing something different. They gave me a 20 minute arm and leg massage and it was heaven. The products they used left my skin feeling so soft for days later and smelling wonderful. Every person that worked there was lovely and very professional.

Value of product:
Received a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. I used to get my nails done often pre-COVID so I know quality. They spent a great deal of time on both my hands and feet and I can say that days later there are no errors or missed spots at all. I could only afford shellac for one and they didn’t push me for both which was important. They had a great selection of colour, the massage chairs were kept in shape and they even got rid of a knot I’ve had in my heel for three months.

COVID safety:
This was my first visit out during COVID so my expectations were only compared to establishments from a while ago. Before even sitting down I was told to wash my hands thoroughly then throw out the hand towel in a bin right away. The chair was cleaned, the pedicure bowl was lined with a bag they switched out AFTER they cleaned the bowl. They cleaned every tool in front of me and the technicians were wearing masks and gloves. I am a first line worker so I can confidently say I felt very safe coming here.

I have recommended this place to a few friends. They worked hard, they did a great job, I left very happy.

They must be paying for positive reviews. I went in for a fill on my acrylics. Here is the list of disasters that occurred:

- Technician filed my real nail to the nail bed, which was extremely painful.
- Reshaping of my nails were terrible, they turned out way too flat and not following the natural curvature.
- The skill level was not there on the nail design (looked embarrassing). They should have told me they were incapable of doing the design I picked as I had multiple options ready.
- The manager tried to blame me wherever possible.
- The side of my wrist broke out into a dry rash later in the day.
- I got them removed at a different salon the following day, the Technician commented on the poor application (acrylic applied right onto the sides of my cuticle).

Avoid.

I got my nails done here for the first time on Saturday. The staff didn't seem very friendly at all besides the one older gentleman. The first lady doing my nails seemed very rushed and was going as fast as she could. I can see some spot on my nails where it.could have been done so much better. I don't think I'll come back again.

I was there today and it was crowded like a nightclub back in 2019.over 20 people (all wearing masks). Very friendly but they have unnecessary people walking around asking how you feel 10 times per service. I just wanted to relax and not be harrassed to talk soooooo much!

For the second time I used their service, again the same person did my nails! This time his manager didn't check my nail at the end and all my nails are different shapes! So disappointed! I have no time to waste to go back there again! I would never go back there again. We all pay the same for the service and it is not fair to let a person practice on the clients.

Love this salon! The girls are so friendly and hilarious honestly.watching the healthy competition and learning from each other. I love it! Just got my nails done yet again and I’m always impressed. My girlfriend and I went in yesterday and it was quite busy. They said they could take us in but I wish they had just said no. They hopped from one person to the next to the next in between each treatment, I sat with paraffin on my feet for probably 10mins while they started on other pedicures. A pedicure that should've taken 1hr took almost 2 by the time we were finshed. Everything felt rushed. I was very disappointed. Oh and they no tvs on or music so it was very uncomfortably quiet
