So nice and quick! I thought I needed a 100$ repair on my ps4 and he just tested everything and said I needed a new controller. Bought one at LD and all good! Can’t believe he didn’t charge to diagnose. Will definitely return:)

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced in tech repairs. I’ve brought my devices to a mall kiosk and even surrey repair location in the past and none of their service quality and customer service skills were in comparison with Tech Spot. I travelled cities away to get here and absolutely no regrets. I am 100% coming back here for any future repairs whether it’s phone or pc as they can repair anything tech related! Called around multiple shops to fix my MacBook that wouldn't charge.
All the other shops assumed it was the same issue and said it would cost around 800$ to fix. I came to Tech Spot Cell phone repair and he didn't assume it was the same issue as everyone else, he took his time to diagnose and trouble shoot the issue and fixed it for only a quarter of the price. He is amazing and I highly recommend him to everyone. Also came in for a battery replacement on my phone and he did it right there in 10 minutes. 5/5 stars

My Computer that I damaged with a Glass of Water on June 17th was Restorable and was successfully Repaired by Tech Spot Services at 5487 Victoria Drive. I needed a new Keyboard Module and Raymond got my Computer Cleaned Out and Restored. His work was great and at a fair price.

Really easy to get your old iPhones fixed for a reasonably low price and is repaired quickly using refurbished apple parts.

This guy is amazing. I went to a recovery data store down the street (3J Computers & Data Recovery) and they quoted me $600 to recover the data on an old Macbook drive that failed and had to be replaced. I decided to see if TECH SPOT was able to recover the data. He was able to recover all the Data within 1.5 hours of asking him for only $100. The best of the best!

Easy to find, good customer service, fast repair: less then 1 hour for screen replacement. Cheaper than others, I recommend talking to Bonnie Hu on Facebook marketplace for more details and best deals.

Had trouble finding a place that can repair a PCB Keyboard that I broke from soldering they were very informative and were able to fix it with no questions asked about the work. They fixed really fast and charge cheaper then the other places that were hesitant to fix it.

This shop still holds the best repair shop in town. He just recently repaired my water damaged Samsung Note 10. Good price and fast turn back.

At first I believed all the great reviews, but now I'm convinced I was charged $50 to remove lint from the phones charging port I first came here when my phone stopped charging. It was fixed, and I was told the charging port was replaced, even though it looked exactly the same as when I brought it in (still sort of worn looking) a month later my phone stopped charging again, before bringing it back to this business for another "repair", my friend took my phone and explained there was lint in the port preventing the plug from making a connection. He removed the lint, and it charged perfectly fine again.

I remembered the last time I brought it in, the charging cable was sitting a little funny and sticking out a little more than usual. But at the time I had no idea why, and just figured the phone needed to be repaired.

I believe I was taken advantage of, and for that reason, will not return.

I had dropped my Iphone and the wifi antenna wasn't working properly. Raymond was beyond professional, efficient and really cares for his customers. My phone was fixed within 20mins and he had educated me throughout the process. This service was only $40 whereas his competitors in downtown were charging $69. Definitely would recommend this place and any electronic repair to Raymond!

Raymond is a great man and offers the best prices for phone services. Previously I had brought my phone in to repair the screen and it was reasonably priced at $60. Recently I had dropped my phone again and brought it back to him and there was no discrepancies in the pricing that some phone repair services do, as well he threw in a free phone case. Raymond genuinely cares about his customers and recognizes returning customers. Will recommend to anyone looking for a quick fix at a good reasonable price with good service!

Raymond is amazing! I called him before I came in to see if he could fix my laptop. He was very honest, friendly and very knowledgeable about what kind of issue I was dealing with. When I came in he spent a lot of time with me running diagnostics and explaining what options I had available. I don’t know a lot about computers and don’t know anything about tech specs but he explained things very thoroughly and made it easy to understand. In the end I have to buy a new laptop but I really appreciate his honesty and time he spent helping me. He even helped me transfer my data to a USB hard drive when he didn’t have to. He really went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend his service and would definitely go back to him again. His prices are fair. Thank you Raymond!
