I booked a consultation with Mackenzie to discuss a haircut gone horribly wrong from a different salon. Mackenzie was so incredibly kind and immediately offered to do what she could to fix it. After voicing my concerns of struggling with postpartum hair issues, she also offered to wash my hair for me as a fresh start. I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the level of customer service shown in 15 minutes by Mackenzie. I went into the salon feeling so horrible about myself and left feeling 1000x better. Thank you Mackenzie!
