Fantastic service. Told me in advance rough estimate and timing. Was very good in updating me on part availability for my TV. Would not hesitate to take my other electronics there to be serviced.

Dropped off an iPad Pro with a bad battery and a broken volume button. They were very informative about what was involved in the repairs and explained to me about possible problems and additional costs. They fixed the button and replaced the battery promptly at a very reasonable price. They are also lovely friendly people. I will definitely return here for any electronic repairs. Highly recommended.

Great Company. Had an Oreck table top air purifier that was sparking. Took it in on Thursday and was fixed the same day. It is now running quietly and doing its job. It is hard to find businesses anymore that do small appliance repair. So glad I found them as it was way cheaper to fix (financially and environmentally). They repair small and large appliances, and electronics. I will DEFINATELY recommend this company to family and friends. Give them a try, you will be very pleased.

I work for the Seaside Hotel in North Vancouver, I had a TV that had a component on the mother board fail. I found the part on another board, took both units in to have the component moved to repair the main mother board. Friendly, very nice people and the service was awesome. Understanding the urgency being this is a tv from a hotel room, they completed the repair within hours of me dropping it off. The workmanship was perfect, you can do no better take your electronic needs here. I have just edited my review, I hit 2 stars by accident, if I could give 10 stars I would, these guys really deserve it.

My iphone stopped charging, and I needed it the next day for work. After a quick phone call I dropped off my device. I forgot my mask but he had some ready to go which was a plus. Fast turn around of only 45 minutes! Thanks for your help, and I would recommend! Life saver!

Fast and friendly service - they fixed my broken laptop fan in half a day (a day faster compared to their previous estimate). One of the associates was even kind enough to provide guidance to my other unrelated macbook problem. Recommended!

I brought in a 3rd generation Ipod that was fully functioning even though it had a broken screen. (It worked just fine although the screen was broken, I could still access all the apps and play music). After 5 hours of being worked on, I received a call that the logic board was not working and that they had a terrific Iphone that I could purchase and use as an Ipod. 1 star is too many for this establishment and unfortunately that is what I have to give. There was no ownership in the fact that they had broken my Ipod and it seemed to me to be very shady that there was an Iphone that I could purchase. I hope that prospective patrons of this store read this review and draw their own conclusions prior to giving up their expensive electronics. I went to another store and I was told that two resistors were snapped off so the Ipod will no longer work with out further repairs. The man who worked on my Ipod in this store is an absolutely incompetent and unfortunately so am I for not reading the reviews before setting foot in this shop.

Fast and great. I am a customer for the past three years. Have taken my phones, and laptop to repair. I've been always happy with their service.
