Dropped off my 2019 MacBook Pro, for a screen repair, they charged me $450 and replaced it, but when they returned the laptop to me, the touch bar was broken and no longer working.

Next, they had the laptop for over 2 weeks trying to fix the touch bar issue, and blamed it on me, as it was a “pre-existing issue”, which no it wasn't, the touch bar was functioning when I dropped it off, and when I got it returned it was not working.

So they blamed me for the touch bar issue, which is a blatant remark to entrust someone to work on your laptop and next they break it even more and ask for more money.

Now they returned me the broken laptop after 2 weeks of “trying to fix it” as the tech has gone on vacation, pretty pathetic service, next time I will replace the screen myself for $50.

Very disappointed by this interaction, stay clear of here.

Needed help diagnosing a problem with my Samsung s23+ charging port. Two gentlemen were able to help within minutes of walking into the store. Very diligent, friendly and reliable. I would recommend this store to anyone who has tech related issues!

Great service. Called them and explained my problem and he gave me some best and worst case scenarios. Nice. Went in and luckily it was a quick and easy solution to my inconsistent charging on my iPhone. Highly recommend this place

Unbelievable service. I have used this business 6 times now, both personal and business. Each time is equal if not better. I was recently in a rush and went to a closer repair shop and was miss lead costing me a lot more in the end and did not get the results I needed. I went back to see Mark, and he was upfront and honest before I even explained my recent experience and issue. I was just told by apple that my iPad could not be repaired and needed to buy a new one. I went back to Mark, and they have repaired it back to the original state. Can’t say enough good things about this business! Thank you

I was unable to charge my IPhone using a cable I knew there was something in the charge port but did not want to damage the port due to my ignorance. I have used TechRx in the past with our computers over the years and was always very happy with their service.
I took my phone in and the problem was very quickly identified, a piece on lint in the port. He removed the lint and a shot of air the problem was resolved.
I believe in rewarding fair and honest work. These people are knowledgeable, quick and very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any electronic repairs.

I trust these guys with all my devices. Have done everything from a MacBook air battery to a new screen for my Samsung phone. They do take the extra time and care to explain what was done, and how things work. Come here first!

I went to TechRx on Friday to have my daughters iPhone 13Pro backplate replaced, and couldn’t have had a better experience. The technician explained everything he was going to do and gave me a fair price, and also said that it would be completed by closing that night. Some of the glass was particularly difficult to remove but he still managed to return to me a fresh and new condition iPhone.
Thanks to the service I have had my work phone also fixed by TechRx after having another cell repair shop replace the front and somehow managed to not connect the front speaker. And as well they explained the reason why it wasn’t working and fixed it.

Happy to leave this review and will be using their recommendations in the future.

I dropped off my mac to get fixed. 1 day later it won’t turn on, and this store is not willing to help me out as they broke it more rather then fixing it. Would not recommend
