Knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful. They have lots of old parts and new things too. The only reason it lost a star is because when I walked in, a staff member was smoking behind the counter, INSIDE! I hate the smell of smoke and it's not the 70's anymore.

Bryan and Tyler were both patient about helping this newby get the right parts and went out of their way to find them. They are obviously very busy.
Although they couldn’t fit my rv into their schedule for repairs Bryan recommended Streamside mobile service. Mark turned out to be as good as Bryan said.

I called about needing to replace a 30 amp fuse as I thought I needed a replacement. I spoke with a male unfortunately I didn’t get his name who walked through my electrical issue and trailer wiring diagram.
He patiently explained how to fix it myself as none of my outside rv plugs would work.
He saved me a trip into town and was great to deal with at the same time savied me money. Based on this service he would be my go to rv repair spot in the future.

Needed some A/C bolts that nobody else carried in stock. I was able to get them here and for an excellent price. I'm very grateful for the help and would definitely recommend going there.

Has older parts that none of the other stores stocked. Stocking a full variety of rv replacement parts for the DIY.

Helpful knowledgeable service got my Atwood 8500 series furnace working again. Otherwise be waiting on mail for a month.

Tedco actually had 2 replacement delay relays for me to choose from for my Atwood 8500.

Appointment to install a new water pump for the domestic water system in an RV. It couldn't have gone better. Fast, fair price. Definitely recommend.

I hate to write a poor review because they were all very nice people and I wanted to like their work however I have slowly discovered more and more things that have rubbed me the wrong way. I had purchased this camper van from a family friend, its been in their family since it was built in the late 80's and they took incredibly good care of it but its old and I needed to get 3 windows looked at because 1 was leaking, 1 was coming loose from the van and the other one had duct tape all around it and I wanted to make sure it was sealed up good. Tedco staff were very friendly to deal with and seemed super knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. So good news first is they did do a good job fixing my windows, although the window with the duct tape is now leaking but the guy had informed me that there was a bigger issue with that so I wasn't expecting it to be perfect. However that isn't really my issue, I am more upset that when I got home and I went into the back to check out everything, I noticed the floor was all dirty with gravel and chunks of grass, and then I noticed the back seat cushions were also all dirty like someone was standing on it with shoes on. I thought to myself "okay, is this normal? " and kinda brushed it off, dirt isnt a big deal to clean, but they also could have just moved the cushions instead of stepping all over them with dirty shoes. Next, Im looking at the top window, there is a bunk bed under that window, which they managed to get this black paste all over the bed cushions (Im assuming its sealant) which does not come out. Again.why not just move the bed cushion? Then a week later, Im showing the van to a friend and I unfolded the bottom bed to discover all these small metal shavings all over the bed. Thats weird, why was the bed all dirty, it was clean and folded up when I took it to get the windows looked at, so I'm assuming they unfolded it for some reason while they were fixing the window above that bed. So now Im starting to get more annoyed about the whole situation but I brush it off. The final straw came when I was at the back of the van and I noticed a big black dirty boot print on the top on the chrome spare tire cover. So someone at Tedco was standing on it while fixing the back window? At this point Im mostly disappointed in the fact that it seemed like there was very little care taken when working on my van. It's not normal to leave a giant mess in a vehicle you have been working on nor is it very considerate. I don't have photos of everything because I just cleaned up the dirt the day I brought it home and vacuumed up the metal on the bed because I was supposed to take it on a trip but didn't end up going.

Great little place in Langley for rv parts and cheaper than the big lots around Langley. Definitely remember them.

The team did a fabulous job of reupholstering the floors and seats of the van. They were kind and it was excellent value for the cost. Nice and professional family run business which is a treat for Langley and surrounding area!

NOT RECOMMENDED! Please stay away from that place. Looks like real Flea market with very rude customer service and experience! Business is poorly organized and management don't care.

I have to say Bryan is great. I haven't dealt with anyone that professional in a long time. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I am very grateful that old school customer service still exists. Highly recommend.

Great RV supply and repair facility. Not a big overpriced RV centre. They can find you most anything you need and they are quick about finding solutions to problems you may be having with your RV. Prices always seem reasonable and the service is great.

My furnace needed service and the other guys said they could look at it in December (It was the 9th of September). I went to Tedco and it was fixed the next day. The price was fair.

My RV is up for sale and a buyer wanted to get it inspected at Tedco RV. From the moment I arrived, the inspector was rude and condescending. He asked questions like "what do you want to tell me before I find it? ”.
He gave off an attitude of wanting to show-off that he knows what he's talking about - he even went so far as to flag things that he just didn’t like, even though my RV is running well (for example he didn’t like the design of my tank vents on the roof even though nothing is wrong with them).

He was also biased and judgemental regarding the price my RV is listed for. I believe my price is fair given the market for RV’s got a lot more competitive in the past year because of Covid. And at the price I’ve listed it for, it’s had a lot of interest. Overall, this was not a fair inspection and I wouldn’t recommend this repair shop.

What a great crew. They are very busy but get the job done and done well Very fair in their pricing. I was a happy camper and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A few years ago we had Tedco replace our one 12 volt battery in our travel trailer with two 6 volt batteries and new boxes with locks at around $1000. My barreries stopped working properly so I investigated and found the Battery boxes full of watter. There should have been a drain hole put in the boxes as they used merine boxes instead of RV boxes. I call Tedco and they informed me it was my fault. I should have put drain holes in the boxes. So why do we go to "qualified repair places" when they are clearly not responsable for their workmanship? So now I have to spend over $400 for new batteries and install them. When I called them they blamed me for not looking at the batteries. The boxes with vents on the top were intended for marine use not RV's.

This really is the BEST RV shop in the lower mainland. Excellent service & always ready to go the extra mile. Thanks again you guys!

Well let me tell you how they treated me. First of all they had the lowest quote over the phone and when I arrived a few days later to pay for the part (standard practice with all when dealing with electric parts) Do to unforeseen events they upgraded my system at a reduced cost. Now that's what this world needs more of and aswell they are very pleasant to talk too. I can't say enough good

I had ordered a part and it did not fit.they gave me my money back and going to try and get the proper size. Very accommodating. Very personable people.would highly recommend.

I have recently been convinced that smaller, is better, at least when dealing with the corporate indifference of the Recreational Vehicle service world.

I have too often, been disappointed in past dealings with the big guys of the industry, so when a friend recommended that I try Tedco RV Supplies, to complete repairs that the other guys said might take several months - once they could fit me in, I was more than ready to give Tedco a try.

It turned out, this small, unassuming, family owned and operated business, not only accommodated my every request to complete the work in a timely manner, but they managed to do it all to my satisfaction - the first time.

I can not say enough about the refreshing level of customer service that I received from these kind people. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an alternative to the mega dealerships - when looking for RV supplies, service or repairs.
