I have many tees that are 3-5 days late for drop shipping and they are not responding to any of my emails. I have trying to contact them for 3 days amd no response. This is hurting my business.

I was having trouble finding a reliable Canadian printer when I opened my store and finally and fortunately found TeeHarch! I've had nothing but good experiences.

12 days after ordering and I just found out my product just shipped today. The store I bought it from said the order was sent to Teehatch same day and it has taken 12 to process. Now I have to wait on shipping and we could be looking at 3 weeks or more for a single order to be processed, shipped and delivered. Not worth it.

I started a Shopify T-shirt store a few months ago and have been super happy working with TeeHatch for my printing and drop-shipping. They have a good range of garments, their print quality is consistently excellent, their production times and shipping are reliable, and their customer service is exceptional: quick responses whenever I have a question or request. In addition, an important consideration for me when choosing a fulfilment provider was that I wanted to work with a Canadian-based company rather than one of the larger US-based fulfilment companies, so it’s great working with a local Vancouver business and supporting our Canadian economy.

Tee hatch has a great online portal and a good variety of products. I would recommend they put more time into support and consider lowering their dropship pricing as it is higher than most of their competitors

Teehatch has been nothing but professional since we have teamed up together for our online store needs. Customer service hears and sees out our multiple requests and delivers in a timely fashion. It has simply lessened the burden of printing and sending our clothing ourselves giving us more time to meet other needs for our projects.

We have been using TeeHatch for about a year now. We had been selling in retail stores but we needed an online fulfillment service that could literally manage from the moment some orders online right to delivery. I was able to directly compare it to teespring, and the teespring quality wasn't half as good as teehatch.

Also, the way they ship is fantastic for both US and Canadian customers, since they are located in a border town, so they ship both through Canada Post and USPS.
