We worked with Tom Arrowsmith at Tekamar to renew our mortgage early and at his recommendation we also switched to a different lender. We had a very pleasant experience. Tom was always prompt to respond to our questions (we had lots!) and I particularly appreciated that he was willing to confirm that he thought it was wise to renew early whereas I had found our former mortgage broker to be quite vague when we were seeking advice, leaving us unsure about next steps.
