Extremely poor organization, truly horrible in all aspects: inability to communicate, inability to analyze, inability to read resume and suggest matching roles, inability to own any sort of change no matter how minor despite this being their motto, inability to understand how one meets requirements, inability to follow up, inability to be competent in any part of the recruiting process. Truly and utterly completely useless middlemen who take advantage of you to get piece of your salary for doing absolutely nothing.

Avoid all recruiters and recruitment agencies if at all possible.

P.s. Do not virtue signal and gaslight me or the public by requesting more information. You know what you’re doing wrong, do better! If you even state that useless template comment here it means you do not read these reviews and paste blanket templates. Additionally, your recruiters sound not of sound mind and very slow of speech and based on their LinkedIn profiles have zero recruiting education (not that I think this is necessary, however your internal training is truly poor)

I have had a recent experience with Teksystems which prompted me to write this review. The recruiters had been unprofessional in sharing the information with the clients as well as with the candidates. They would share incomplete information and would just say that they forget to include important information on the file. They would call at unexpected times and expect us to reply at the same time. On the other hand, when you ask them to give a call back they would completely ignore your request. In my case, I have incomplete information on the results and I had been trying to follow up since many days. All my requests are falling onto deaf ears. I highly recommend not to pursue their services.
