I had excellent service at this store. I purchased two I Phone 15 on their Black Friday sale. Sarneet answered all my questions and was very patient.

My husband and I want to express our deep gratitude Sarneet Kaur. She is very pleasant, sweet, and most importantly patient, a professional in his field. I highly recommend her.

The service provided at this location is simply not up to standard. Upon my arrival, the initial interaction I encountered was a blunt statement, "I'm helping a customer, " lacking any form of greeting. Patiently awaiting my turn, I informed a young lady staff that I had previously spoken to a representative over the phone. The representative had provided me with an account number and instructed me to visit any Telus store to verify my identification for the activation of my account or order.

Despite providing the account number, the response I received was, "I can't do anything, please call this 1866 number. " When I mentioned that I had just spoken to them and they directed me to this store, the response was dismissive. She simply handed me a piece of paper with the number on it and returned to using her phone. Her attitude conveyed a lack of interest, leaving me with the impression that she might not want to be there. In all seriousness, I believe she should consider pursuing a different line of work.

I am a longtime customer and I lost my connection last Thursday (today is Tuesday) and I'm still without internet and TV and the technician just came and still couldn't fix it. I'm hoping it will get fixed tomorrow. I pay a premium (yes, it is not cheap) to have a reliable connection and now it's been 5 days. At this point I am going to cancel my contract and go to another ISP.

Yesterday I waited more than 15 mins at the door the store, I couldn't enter because of the customer limitation number. I hoped that one of the workers would at least tell me that they would help me next but I've been ignored the all time. I seen the workers laughing and talking to each othersand playing with the phone and completely disregarding the fact that I was waiting for so long. The customer service is awful.

I would have given a Zero but sadly the closest you can give is a 1. Bad service from bad attitude individuals. Will never go back.

Yesterday I went to Capilano Mall in search of a new phone plan. I had every intention of signing with Telus. The guy working there sees me (I'm First Nations, and this particular Telus is close to our reservation) and rattles off their cheapest phone plans. He didn't seem to have any interest in actually getting me to sign with them, but was quick to refer me to other service providers. I'm not interested in using Telus as a service provider if my experience will be anything like this one.

Need to find a better way for waiting customers. There is no "take a number" and no way to know how long a wait is. Appointments take time. Give customers some respect. I should not have to wait 30 minutes and still not know how long my wait is. If appointments are preferred as at mobility store on Lonsdale then say so! I left.

Great customer service and great help from the team at this location. Aria helped with setting up the internet and cable for my home. He answered all my questioned and went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Highly recommend.

Beautiful store but despicable customer service. There's a staff called Soroush S.who is an absolute freak. If you walk to the store he comes to the front like a guard dog ready to minimize and dismiss any of your questions, to which he doesn't even fully listens or understands. Happened to me twice. If you need to visit this place anyways, just avoid this arrogant and incompetent person. Not too sure others are any better, given the comments here.

Terrible service. They didn't have the phone I wanted in the store, and they said they could not order it. (The Park Royal store said they could order it for me.) I was still standing outside the store due to COVID. I asked if I could walk through the store to exit to the parking lot. They refused me entry. I had a mask on and have been a customer since the beginning of Telus. If I am not good enough to walk thru your store maybe I should find another provider. A truly offensive experience.

Capilano Mall is a 400,000 sq ft shopping mall in the City of North Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada. It is located on Marine Drive, near the city's western border with the District of North Vancouver. It is the second largest shopping mall in the north shore, after Park Royal. The anchor tenant is Walmart.

Extremely unhelpful over the phone customer service. Didn’t answer my questions just told me I had to come into the store. I wouldn’t bother coming in with service like that.

Walked into this store yesterday. The staff were very uncooperative and arrogant. I went to shaw and got a very good deal better than Telus and signed a two year contract with Shaw. TELUS YOU HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO IF YOU ARE HIRING SUCH PEOPLE TO WORK FOR YOU. I FEEL SORRY.

Been here twice in two years. Had the same terrible experience twice. Extremely rude. Bald guy working there asked me if I had a quick question because he was very busy. This is after telling an older gentlemen who was in front of me, that he was too busy to help him. Would literally not give me the time of day. Awful. AVOID.

I'm glad they picked up, still very rude over the phone and were not helpful. Tread with caution in this store.
