My experience at Open Connection was great. Mr Yun was polite, efficient and also showed great care in putting on the glass protector on my phone. There was also no pressure to purchase accessories that I discussed with him. Overall I’m very happy. Will go again when I need service.

I had the pleasure of working with Anita. There were some issues on Telus' end and Anita made the phone calls, dealt with the issues and got my new phone for me. The only thing that I wasn't happy about was not being able to have my stuff transfered from my old phone to my new phone. I've never had to pay for that through my previous cell phone providers.

My 81 year old mom got 400 minutes elderly plan, they didn't apply it, then took 6 days to get sevice, on phone call with son, they tried to make every excuse why no service. And ad insult to total injury, they tried to sell her up 10 $ more for 100 minutes.
Pure evil and corporate greed.
