#1 for Excellent service - top notch staff - in particular lakhan Sharma who helped me out on Sunday when I found out my Telus account had been hacked. I went in, he calmly listened and clarified what the situation was - put notes in my file and in a short time of leaving, after he had done everything he could to help me out - I received a call to let me know Telus was sorting the situation out. This was after I couldn’t get a live person on the phone originally and the message said it would be 24 hours to 48 hours before anyone would call. I’m so glad my instinct told me to go to the West 4th Telus store - they were open on a Sunday and everytime I’ve been in there it’s been great service and friendly staff. This time it was really serious and scary but Lakhan totally calmed me down and got things underway to get my account looked at and locked down from further hacking damage. What a relief! I told all my friends! Thank you Lakhan and West 4th Telus

Nancy C is super! My partner and I had real trouble reactivating our sims and Nancy was able to resolve this for us, making what was a huge issue for us be no big deal at all. Really truly grateful!

I’ve been to this location a couple times and can’t say enough nice things about the staff. The woman who helped me was really friendly and knowledgeable, it was a great experience.

This storeon on 4th is the best of 3 I tried toget answers from. #1 made me spend $10 more. #2 was the worst who gave the runaround including his ignorance, #4 gave me the answer in 1 minute only because of a trainee who knew his stuff. I think his name GazA? And hw deseves a promotion.

Jason L (I think Lin) was super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful when I came with a big messy problem (switching from corporate to personal with layers of authorization required and device balance not paid and bridge program used or something). Stuck with me and stayed in good spirits until we figured it out and got me on a new plan. Very much appreciated!

Marc helped me today with my new phone and plan. He was nice enough to help hold desired phone I wanted for me when there was a shortage of iphone around the city. He also walked me through all options available on plans and spent quite some time finding me a number I liked. I cannot be happier with the service I received from this store today. Highly recommend this store to anyone.

I had gone to this store on several occasions in the past and always had a good experience. Until tonight. I walked in at approximately 6: 15 and was there til 6: 25 ish. During the 10 minutes I was there, the 2 men working, did absolutely zero to aknowledge that I was even there. No "be right with you" no nothing. After I was Completely ignored for the first 5 mintes, I walked over to the headphones I was looking for and saw what I wanted, but they were locked up. I then stood in front of them for the next 5 minutes and was again completely ignored. I headed towards the door and walked out the door to one of your competitors without either saying a single word to me. Nice business you are running there! Have you ever heard this term that many retaillers use? It's called "customer awareness". You guys are sorely lacking.

Went there to open account. The staffs were all very patient, friendly and helpful. They suggested relevant services based on our needs and explained well. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again should I need any service.

Went up today because I was having difficulty with my phone. I still use an I-Phone 6, so I figured old technology was likely the issue, but I am not interested in getting a new phone right now. I spoke to Mark, who affirmed that I likely was reaching the end of the phone’s life expectancy. Mark recommended that I reset network settings, and switched out my SIM card, reiterating the fact that this was likely a stop gap measure only. Mark provided me with full details of current pricing for the I-phone 12 as well, for my future consideration. I truly appreciated the no-pressure approach, and knowledge that Mark provided. I will return to this location once the time comes to upgrade my phone, which is likely in the near future!

I always get great service from the west 4th Ave store. The staff are well trained, have a gracious attitude, nice clean store.

Juvina was very friendly and helped me out through each step of the process clearly when I was a first time switcher from an IPhone to an Android (Note 10+). Both her and the other store employees there were very helpful and made the transition and entering the plan seemless. They even went above and beyond by staying after store hours to help with my inquiry, when they could have just given me the phone and boot me out of the door.
