TELUS - Open Connection

Associate was friendly and provided fast service. However it would have been nice to have gotten a new wall charger with my new phone. I mean they provided a cable for charging. So I had to go back there the next day and buy a wall charger.

Brinda was super helpful and set me up with a great new phone and a better, cheaper plan than I
had.

Excellent service, extremely kind, and efficient. I will recommend Brinda Patel and Telus to all of my friends

Basil was very helpful from start to finish, when I first starting looking at getting a new contract. He went above and beyond to get me a better deal. Easy to communicate with and super friendly.

I have been without internet for 4 weeks. I've still been billed for internet. Telus's response is "we don't know when we can send a repair person for you". I live in Victoria.it's not like im in the middle of nowhere. This store said "oh. I can give you the telus number if you want? ". I have the Telus number.ive sat on hold for over 7 hours already. I thought maybe an actual store would help but they are just as useless. Avoid this entire company like the plague if you can.

In person service was great she did her best to explain everything I needed to know so far, we will be dealing with her from now on

Leanne is outstanding as a manager and a client advisor. She is extremely knowledgable about all Telus products. Despite training a new manager from Vancouver she answered every question both my husband and I continually asked about my new iPhone and my husbands latest Samsung Galaxy. Her sense of humour and patience were so appreciated in our hectic schedule that day. She remembered my husband is subject to sudden drops in his blood sugar and she had snacks ready at her desk in case that happened like it did two years ago when he bought his last phone from””her. We would highly recommend Leanne and all of the amazing staff at Open Connection. Just go in and you will feel as if you are the most important person to ever have entered the Telus store.

Melina made my switch to a new number, new service provider absolutely perfect. She made time for me, made sure I understood everything, and when I needed to be quick for my lunch break she had everything I needed ready to go.

Basil was great! I got the phone for my business that I needed and then he gave me a deal I couldn't refuse to upgrade my personal phone! He even stayed late to make sure I was set up and had everything I needed. I really like the set up of the store, where you sit down with the person helping you as opposed to standing at a counter. I highly recommend visiting this Telus store.

I had a great experience with Melina at Open Connections in Courtenay BC. She explained everything beautifully and spent over an hour on the phone with me to set everything up so I didn't have to be in the office for long. I have mobility issues so that part was the best. In person she was very lovely to talk to.
