Teenage attitude customer service will make you change carriers. No one is trying to help. Lots of unexplained charges. Signed up for the 50$/mo plan. 146.89 being the real cost. Spent an hour in line and w an agent to find out the credit card system was down and I couldnt avoid disconnection since they could not take the payment. Avoid if you like your sanity.

They sold my information out to a third party an the tv connection was garbage an I couldn't use my home phone or cell phone because both had problems the home line had old men listening to my phone calls an the cell phone was no better.and I'll b checking to make sure this post stays up!

Dejon is the best Telus worker I’ve ever dealt with! He was super fast and efficient, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I highly recommend him at this location!

I am renting a house where my landlord is using Telus Smart Home security system, I am not sure whether it is from this supplier. I want to note my disappointment about Telus security system. Since I don't know from whom my landlord got the service, I am writing about my bad experience here picking it by random choice. This supplier is close to the house which I am renting.
The nightmare with Telus security system is it opens the garage overhead door remotely like a ghost without me or any other user commands it to do so. It does so irrespective of the state of the system: disarmed, armed-stay, or armed-way. It leaves the door open until someone closes it. Now, I have to check this door often whether Telus ghost has kept it open or not. I can only do so when I am at home. When I am out of home, I have to live in anxiety.

Amazing experience! Mathew was above and beyond helpful for my great aunt, uncle and I. Answered all our questions and was patient and made sure we were all on the same page. Over all fast and thorough 10/10 recommend, and will always go back for any future business!

Went in to get a contract and phone left after signing up and bieng told they didn't have the phone I wanted and I can go to a sister store to pick it up when I got to the location where they had one I was told that I would need a $400 non refundable account deposit which I was not told about buy the original store or worker who sign me up on my contract after I specifically said I need a phone for work I'm here to get a phone and get it turned on and after singing a contract that's twice as much as my old contract was with a lot less data and no phone the main reason I sighed up two weeks later I have yet to find anyone that can help or even recommend were I can go or who I can talk to id be willing to pay somthing but a $400 deposit on a 560 dollor phone thats discontinued plus 15 a month on top of a 85 dolor plan um I'm on disability 400 Is what I have to live for the whole month including everytjing from gas to food to rent and more.always hear from these companies when your with us you're family your not just number your famialy well don't feel like famialy I feel like the annoying <>;‍️ I have to ask why would I walk into a cell phone shop service provider and get service if I didn't have a phone that worked. And was told soft credit check not 3 hard checks
By 3 providers and so many denies >in total and now my credit is distroyed and now I have little to no chance of getting a phone or home internet or anything for that matter it will take so many years to dig out of this mess and after 40 years of always paying my bills at the age of 40 With severe and worsening disabilities I don't expect to live long enuff to see my credit ever bieng what it was I will most likely leave this world in debt. ‍️‍️All because I wanted a phone so I could go do what little work I'm able just to have a few more dollors and maybe buy me and my husky a little steak or Chicken as a treat or fill my truck with gass instead of 20 like usual.

This particular store in Woodgrove is not the issue and they seem pleasant to deal with. Since they are so dispersed it is hard to know where to even leave this review since it is due to fibre optic install/wifi issues. 2 years ago I switched to Telus from Shaw to get their fibre optic internet. It still hasn't been installed and I have had poor wifi while I wait that cuts out at least once per day. We have had 4 techs and multiple phone calls with no solution aside from explaining it was outsourced to a contractor that missed our home. There have been 4 appointments that I have had to ensure I am home for and techs just keep telling me I don't have the line on my property even though that is what I am trying to get them to do in the first place. They keep moving the install date while I see fibre optic trucks in front of my home. Their website is out of date and when I search it says fibre optic is not in our community even though when I asked one of the techs when it was going to be installed he told me in fact it is in the box across the street and was installed a while ago. After talking to multiple customer service reps that could do nothing but schedule another tech I spoke to a manager today. Zero compensation for my lost time and having to pay over $2000 over the past 2 years for sub par wifi. He actually had the audacity to tell me that I have not complained enough to warrant any. Wow. He kept saying fibre optic is at my doorstep lol.well the whole point is it is clearly not. He tried to tell me that the contractor had called me and didn't hear back, which is interesting since I have initiated 3 separate authorizations of this install. I also have not received communication from this contractor but he seemed to be trying to pass the buck. Even if they did call would a follow up be reasonable? What a joke and what a complete waist of time! Honestly if you have any other options that are even close I would recommend going that route. The issue seems to be that they have heavily outsourced and siloed departments that do not clearly communicate with each other. I regret leaving Shaw and am considering returning even if their internet is slower than this elusive fibre optic.

Guy at the counter was extremely helpful. But when he had to phone in the gentleman on the phone was a little hard to deal with.

After a nightmare at another store Edward B @ Telus Woodgrove was absolutely phenomenal. He even offered to let me use his personal phone in dealing with Telus support as mine had broken! Super happy with my new Samsung Note10+! Thanks, Edward!

Dear telus i would truly like to know why one of your employees was in my apartment building without ppe on? No mask no gloves no nothing.i don't know if you guys are aware but the entire planet is in the middle of a pandemic, and you allow your staff you put my life at risk shame on you.

Absolute garbage customer service, they will not answer the phone, being a phone store you would think this would be basic.so frustrated. Would give 0 stars but the site wont let me. Personally i went to the country club store as they answered the phone right away and were very helpful.

My partner and I wanted to upgrade our phones and open a joint account together. We had already picked out what phones we wanted, but we still spent a little time browsing accessories until an associate became available. Matthew took fantastic care of us. We didn't get to test his knowledge about the phones as we had already picked them out, though I'm sure he'd do great with that as well. He recommended plans for us, told us about our trade in value for old phones, poor guy spent about 20 minutes trying to open my boyfriends sd card slot because it was pretty much welded shut (it was later opened with a hammer, no fault of telus or Matthew) so we could trade it. Unfortunately for them, we had just gotten off of night shift, so we were a little late getting to the store. We ended up staying around 45 minutes after close, and not once did any of the staff seem frustrated or impatient. Matthew waited patiently for me to talk to the bank to get everything in order, and not once did anyone make us feel rushed or treat us like we were inconveniencing them (which we were, sorry about that!). The entire staff was fantastic, and I will be back, most likely tomorrow to upgrade my brother's phone as well!
