The manager there is so condescending. He was making comments about how I wanted a new phone and being weird about it.

Very bad customer service I went yesterday and no one say even hello hai if your busy with other customer you can say even hi.and I called today to let their manager know about this the same guy pick up the call and say you can talk regarding this with my manager my name is … and he say this thing in attitude like we go to stores to take phone not to tolerate your so called attitude keep this in the pocket. Worst experience ever.never recommend this place to visit.

Hopeless customer service the salespersons working there are all cheaters and misleading. They tell you something else but bill payments comes different. CHEATERS I would call them. Now I am stuck for 2 years.

Had a really great experience at the store today. I had visited the Guildford location a few weeks ago and was basically told to leave.
Zamil helped me and told me all my options while getting me the best deal. He was also very kind to my father who was with me at the time. Not Only did he sort me out with a new phone but also transferred all my data over with me and was generally a delight to work with.

Spoke to one of the reps over the phone to confirm if they have iPhone 13 in stock. Worst customer service ever. The guy was in a rush to hang up and jump to something else. I had to stop him 3 times to get the info and when I told him that he seems to be in a rush, he goes that 'he has some priorities right now'. Well what would be a better priority when you have a potential customer on phone with you. I told him that prior to dropping the call, he should be asking 'Is there anything else I can help you with? ' Not at all impressed!

Telus in tge lower mall of Surrey Centre was awesome very helpful. A most pleasant experience and we got the phone we wanted. Thank you!

Best experience at a TELUS store at this location. Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure I was fully informed and got what I needed.

They are so nice they will port numbers without any due diligence, like seeing if the individual is authorized. Said only needed to be said once, no other documents.l

They ensured I had received everything I was promised. Excellent customer experience and satisfaction.

Avoid this store all together and go to the Guildford location where you will be treated as a person with a helluva lot more respect than what this store has.

Went in a few weeks back to ask a question about upgrading my phone as my contract is about to expire. Two male staff were in the store and no customers except for my boyfriend and I who just walked in. I walked in and said hello and one looked up from their phone said hi.then looked back down. I felt so unwelcome and like I was intruding on them. We left immediately after that. Very disappointed that people in the customer service industry, either don't know or don't care how their behaviour not only looks bad on them but on the business they are representing.

Had a very informative and helpful conversation with Atif K as he explained my current service and how I could be getting better quality service based on current promotions and for a cheaper price. Thanks for your help Atif.

Worst connection you can ever get, they never stay on their words and they have the worst customer service anyone can ever get. Their waiting time for the call center is about 1hour and above (minimum) i am attaching a screen shot with this.

Nim was my Telus expert when I walked into the store today. She is just awesome. I mean it. She went all the way to get me the best ever deal and called Loyality and what not for me. She is literally awesome. It has been the best ever Telus experience till now. Anyone needs a new phone go see Nim.

Curtis sales staff. However not always the most up-to-date on technology. Recommend that one does homework on their products before purchasing.
