TELUS Custom Security Systems

The absolute worst security program. Do not waste your time. I have escalated my problems with their escalation team 4 times in one week and I have still not heard back.

The security system does not work properly.
They will rob you of your time and money.

Total lack of respect given to us as paying customers. We’ve had 3 appointments for service that have all been ignored. Trying to get help is impossible. You can’t contact anyone above the telephone help person who has no power at all. Now waiting for a reason for todays missed appointment

I left a message with them two weeks ago to have them come and add to my current home system. I have called back 4 times since, each time leaving a voicemail with dispatch stating what I wanted. I have not heard back still. Ever since they were taken over by Telus the quality of their service has been totally lost.

It was disappointedly slow to get someone to give me a quote on a new system. After leaving a number of messages which were not returned I decided this was not an alarm company for me.

We have been with Acme for as long I can remember and they have the best service team and pricing. Thanks.
